A short book about types and benefits of meditation. Author explains in brief details how to start meditation habits and possible obstacles to overcome. Short and informative for beginners. I m not beginner but I am struggling for years and not able to meditate. I am sure I will connect with universe soon.

Master of nothing

Didn't like how this book was set up. Thought it would touch on some advice for negotiating a car or things like that. Just not a good read for me
