Clear and concise and full of good advice, but non-specific enough to not be as helpful as I'd hoped. It repeats the same advice you've probably read before (all of it good) without feeling new or giving innovative ways to get past common pitfalls. Recommended for those who are starting down the path of self-discovery, not for those on the path but struggling with it. It's a great starter for how mindfulness can enhance productivity.
