She has been writing for as long as she can remember. She and her sister actually created comic book stories at a very young age. Later, she became the student who wasn’t paying attention in the back of the classroom because she was either staring out the window, listening to her characters whisper their latest stories in her imagination, or scribbling tales in one of her tattered spiral notebooks.
Then, life happened, as life has a way of doing, and although it took some time, the first of those stories came to life across her keyboard. That husband she married so many years ago gently nudged her toward their first finish line, and here they are!
Buck and Ruby is her very first published novel! It is the first book in a standalone, later-in-life, spicy-romance trilogy set in a small southern town in Tennessee.
