The equations are simple.

Piper Ashby + Brad Ashby = Twin Siblings
Brad Ashby + Tanner McCain = Best Friends
Piper Ashby + Tanner McCain = Off limits

Tanner and I abided by the rules. We stayed on our designated sides of the relationship circle.

Ignoring swarming butterflies.
Brushing off skipped heartbeats.
Settling on lingering stares.

Here’s the secret … a hand extended over that invisible line once, exponentially changing the equation. I was convinced we could make our relationship work until Tanner broke the trust he embedded in me from the age of seven.

One deceit of mega proportions and the relationship we built for that short month vanished. I swore never to speak to him again and it’s worked. Until now—two years later, when my brother’s wedding places me face-to-face with the best man—Tanner McCain.

Leaving one equation to be solved. Can love surface twice?

Piper has been in love with Tanner for as long as she can remember. He's always been there in her life as kids, as teens, and now as young adults. The problem is he only sees her as his best friend's twin sister. But things change when their friendly flirting becomes so much more. They end up having a secret relationship so they don't hurt her brother Brad. Tanner doesn't want this to be a fling, he wants more and to tell his best friend how he feels about his sister. Before that happens, however, things come to a bad end when Tanner reveals some information to Piper he had been keeping from her.

Two years later and Tanner is training hard to swim in the Olympics. Piper gave up on swimming and is now working as a teacher in a community college. She hasn't had any contact with Tanner since he broke her trust. And now it seems she will see him again since he is the best man for her brother's wedding. Despite Piper trying to get over Tanner, one meeting with him and she is almost ready to cave. Their attraction is just as heady as it always was. This time, Tanner isn't going to give her up without a fight.

I thought the story was a sweet one. I really enjoyed the first part of the book where Tanner and Piper are seniors in college. I liked the banter between them but not as much as I liked the scorching connection they shared. It was crazy hot! The whole story was in Piper's POV, which I usually don't mind, but there were times I really wished I could get Tanner's perspective. The only reason I didn't care too much for Piper's POV was because of how insecure she was that could get annoying at times. At least she had Bea, her best friend to keep her in line. I did find it a bit frustrating not knowing what it was that Tanner told her that led to their break up. We do get to eventually find out, but I desperately wanted to know what it was. Once I found out what it was, I kind of thought Piper overreacted just a tad, and she was very stubborn in not letting Tanner explain everything to her.

Overall, I enjoyed the story. It was sweet with some drama and angst to make things interesting. I absolutely loved Tanner, he was one sexy beast. Not to mention such a loving and selfless man. I really liked the cute and romantic epilogue. It was a good read and it was definitely something I can see people enjoying.

This started out really good. Piper Ashby and Brad Ashby are twins. Brad's best friend, Tanner McCain and Piper have always felt more for each other than they should have. Lingering stares, stolen 'accidental' touches and flirtations led to heightened feelings. Now, as young adults in their early 20's and about to finish college, Piper and Tanner strive for more. But as soon as Tanner finally gives into his feelings for Piper and suggests they come clean to Brad, a debilitating decision by Tanner ruins everything and destroys Piper's dream of being with him.

Two years later, Piper is back to attend Brad's wedding. She knows Tanner will be there as the best man and must now prepare herself for seeing him again after that fateful day their relationship broke down.
As soon as I read the synopsis for this book I got really excited. It had some of my favourite tropes...best friends sister/brothers best friend, friends to lovers, second chances and I'm a sucker for them. I guess after the midpoint things got a little befuddled for me. I can't exactly say what caused the change, but I felt the beginning was better than the middle to last third. I think maybe because at some points I felt the story got lost in the everyday scenes that didn't need to be detailed as they were.

Also, the whole reason Piper felt betrayed by Tanner didn't jive with me. I kept thinking that if you really knew someone, really cared for them, then a transgression like the one committed by Tanner could ultimately be forgiven--and I'm NOT talking about cheating. She seemed to have elevated him to this level of superiority and when he appeared to not fulfill her expectations, she lost hope. And then a couple years later she acted so righteous, so wronged that she wouldn't even hear Tanner out. That just irritated me. Add to that, when finally things were cleared up she still hesitated...gheesh! Talk about drawing out the inevitable. Thankfully, she didn't ponder for long or I would have slammed my kindle.

The ending was good, though. Certain people came to their senses and did the right thing. The only thing I wanted to see was Brad get his own situation resolved. I felt that plot thread should have been dealt with. There was a cute epilogue so that did make me happy.

This is a decent read. Decent.

However what is lacking is the layer, the thickening of the plot, the angst and the character development is very poor. Because of that the writing feels very very dragging with no content or plot building. The author tries to build the plot by the 'thing' Tanner confess to Piper. But then the plot or the mystery becomes died down and only revealed toward the ending of the book.

Like I said this is still a decent read for New Adult book.

4.5 I LOVED it!! This story was so sweet and It had 3 of my favorite things to read about in one. Childhood friends to lovers, Forbidden brothers best friend and Second chance love. Piper and Tanner were great, lovable, realistic characters that you have that instant love for. Tanner is amazing! You can feel his love and loyalty for the ones he cares about. Great BBF!! The story draws you in with a nice build and keeps you turning pages to find out what will happen next and when they will get their moment. Also a bit of a twist that had me like "What? and Why" I love that! This was a fantastic read and the writing was so good. Michelle really knows how to put a story together.

Contains Spoilers! !

so I did a quick reread of this. this was an ok read for me. I will still leave my 3 stars because of the hero. I loved him. he was great. yes he made a stupid decision (no cheating )but I could see why he did it . now piper she was just ok. she at times was annoying with her she's not good enough crap and doubts and her brother crap. lol Tanner gives her no reason to doubt him. I think her reaction to what tanner did was to the extreme! she could of heard him out . instead she doesn't and they separate for 2 years!! ugh! Anyhow I thought the epilogue was cute but no where near how I like my HEA! I'm interested in her brothers book but I know it's not too safe.well I mean in this book his parts aren't.

safety : they both known each other since they were kids. tanner is her twin brothers best friend. they always liked each other and occasionally maybe flirted a little but never did anything about it. mainly because of her brother. they both have dated others during this time. never had serious relationships. except tanner did date a girl for like 4 months and that hurt the h because they never dated anyone long like that. but she wasn't important . neither are virgins. I'm guessing he was somewhat of a manwhore idk it doesn't really say too much. there is some ow/om drama. during seperation it is said he tried to have relationship but he couldn't it wasn't her . didn't feel right. so he just stopped. it's never mentioned if he had sex. she has a bf. she's been with for 2 months or 6 not sure because timing didn't add up. she is with him when hero and her meet again. she breaks up with him of course but not right away. she doesn't cheat cheat on him but she does go out to eat with tanner and he holds he hand for a while. I didn't like it but I love Tanner:) at one time when they all meet up at a bar for her she walks in with her bf and sees tanner. later some girl is telling him something in his ear. she of course gets jealous. really you have your bf. anyhow she sees the girl and her hands are on his thigh and his legs are locked around hers. yeah that bothered a bit but she was there with her bf. that's it though he later finds her and they talk.

This is a hard one to review... first off the cover is gorgeous!
Ok, I had trouble connecting to the main characters. They just didn’t gel well for me. The one thing that I found so frustrating were miscommunications between the hero and heroine occurring often then finally a big miss-com occurs and they don’t speak for 2yrs and this is prolonged through the whole story. Then, when it’s finally revealed I just couldn’t understand why the break up happened... I wanted to give up but stuck through and at the end I though huh?

Brad and Piper Ashby are twin brother & sister, currently attending the same college together. They are both avid swimmers, both are a part of the college swim teams and Brad has high hopes of being selected in the Olympic training team. Tanner is Brad's best friend, next door neighbour back home and current room mate. These three have all grown up together and very tight knit. Tanner also swims for the college team and is pretty much a shoe in for Olympic selection.

Piper has always had a crush on Tanner and he has recently begun to feel things for her too, seeing her in a completely different way as they move into adulthood. Brad has warned Tanner off ever doing anything with his sister Piper and up until now things have been purely platonic. Until the tension between simmers over and then there is nothing they can do stop the intensity of their attraction to each other.

For one incredible month they are barely apart from each other, they have to be sneaky about it though because Brad would not be happy if he knew what they were up to. Then one night changes everything. All of the discipline and morals in which they all believe in and apply to their training are completely shattered by one stupid decision. A decision that will see them all completely divided.

Falling in love with your brother’s best friend is a little hard, keeping it for a long time might cause a whole lot of trouble.

They tried not to cross that thin line between friendship and more than friendship, but as they grow, and they continue to spend time with each other, Piper and Tanner could no longer deny the attraction that sizzles between the two of them.

For Piper, she had been in love with him for a very long time. But Tanner loves his best friend, and she was losing hope that he was finally going to see her more than just a little sister. Sometimes, she would feel she’s a little more special to him, and sometimes, she was back to that label of being a little sister once again. It was killing her.

So, when an opportunity knocks, she grabs it with both eyes and hands wide open. She knew the consequences, but she threw caution to the wind. She was finally having the man of her dreams, and there was no stopping her.

Just when everything was perfect, and they were ready to finally tell her twin, he did some epic mistake: way out of proportion that broke her trust and her heart at the same time.

Two years later, they were coming face to face for her brother’s wedding. Is she ready to see him? Was he forgiven? Will they be able to get a second chance? Will she finally listen to him?

Tanner was an amazing friend, he meant well, wanted to help his friend, but it brought him so much heartache. It was not just him, but Piper as well. He wanted to shield her from the truth, until he finally thought it was time for her to know. This was his second chance – and he was willing to do everything to have her once again.

Michelle Lynn wrote a great story on love, friendship and second chances. It’s an old plot, with some new twist. It’s a perfect summer read that will make you fall in love in no time. Nothing beats relationship that started from friendship. But, when trust and hearts get broken you don’t only lose the love of your life, but your friend as well.

I'm not rating this one as I completely skimmed the majority of it......I don't think I even made it through the first half (where they're in college and first falling in love) I struggled, severely! I'm not sure if it was the swimming aspect or just wasn't into it as I should have been, but it just missed the mark for me!

For someone who loves 2nd chance and a swimming aspect give it a try!

I'm lucky that I downloaded this as a freebie or else I might have been really annoyed with myself (although I don't think I would have made it past the sample amazon give you to be honest)

The next one in this series is about the heroines twin brother which might be more suited to me, although he came across as a immature moron in this read! I'll possibly give that one a go if it's on KU!

**BETH'S 3.5 STAR REVIEW**

Love Surfaced is a sweet story about many things. It’s the story about friends growing up and always staying close and sharing a special bond. It’s a story about family and the bonds siblings’ shares. And it’s a story about the one true love everyone hopes to find and when they do but lose it, it’s about it never truly dying and getting a second chance to win it back.

Piper has spent her life growing up swimming, dreaming of the Olympics just like her twin brother Brad and his best Tanner. But there was always something more between Piper and Tanner but because of Brad, they were never allowed to cross that line into something more. Many years later in the senior year at Michigan University, it becomes clear now for Piper that her dream of the Olympics is never going to happen and that swimming is not her future. One dream that did come true is Tanner finally crossing that line and realizes he truly did have the same feelings she was having. They decided to keep things quiet until the figured out what would come of them but before they ever really got a chance to tell Brad or see what could have come, it all came crashing down thanks to Tanner and Piper is left heartbroken and never the same. Two years later Piper is now with Curtis but she must return home and face Tanner thanks to her brother getting married. She ran two years ago and wouldn’t let him explain himself and this time around, Tanner is going to make her listen and do everything he can to get her to forgive him and give them a second chance at the love they once had.

From the beginning of this story, the chemistry was always there between Piper and Tanner, but they were both scared of what would happen if it didn’t work out and what would Brad do. I really liked the banter and the teasing between in the beginning, they were fun and flirty and when they finally came together, they were off the charts hot. You could see from that very moment that what these two shared was love, a love that ignited at a very young age and only grew from there over the years. This was a love that was based on the foundation of friendship but was so much more, this was the love of soulmates that would never die. I really enjoyed these characters, you couldn’t help but love them and connect with you and I really could feel the love she felt for him. It was a nice change to read her single POV, as most books these days are multiple POV’s, but there were at times I found myself wishing to get inside of his head, so that I could see more of him and his love for her.

The storyline was enjoyable with a mix of sweet and sexy with a nice level of drama. My only issue was that the story was very predictable and as soon as something happened and she ran, I could see how the rest of the story was going to play out and it left me disappointed as the thing I enjoy most about reading is the surprise twists and turns to a story, every book is a new adventure and I love the butterflies and giddiness I get from that. Sadly this book didn’t do that. The writing was well done, the character development was good, I just wished I could have been surprised with how the story played out. This was my first Michelle Lynn book but I definitely won’t make it my last.

* ARC provided by the author in exchange for an honest review *

Michelle Lynn is one of my favourite writers ever since Collaboration and The Invisibles series. I was intrigued when I read the plot of Love Surfaced, because a trip from the land of musicians and instruments to the swimming pools and high-performance sport? That should be interesting.

Piper was secretly in love with his twin brother’s best friend, their neighbor and fellow swimmer Tanner McCain for years. Now, in their senior year of college, they can’t deny their feelings and the sizzling chemistry anymore and start a secret relationship behind Brad, her twin’s back.

But just as it started, after a few weeks of sneaking kissing and intimacy, it quickly comes to a painful end.

Lies and betrayal stands between Tanner and Piper, and they are apart for two years with no communication.

Tanner now trains to the Olympics, and Piper is working at their hometown’s community college, while dating with a guy who can’t make her forget the one that got away.
Brad is about to get married, and the ex-lovers need to face with each other.

They quickly discover that their connection doesn’t faded with the years. Tanner is determined to unravel the secrets and get back the one girl he ever loved.

But can their love surface for the second time?

The story is very well written and flawlessly drafted. I loved that it never gets predictable. Although I’m a fan of switching POV between the heroine and the hero, I’m glad it was just Piper who told us their story. I understood Piper’s fears and uncertainty, and I admired that she tried to be strong.
It’s a good thing that Tanner was so insistent and patient, becasuse Piper’s insecurities were often hard to deal with, and gotten in their way more than once. Their couple came a long and hard way before they got what they deserved.

Michelle Lynn can truly give a unique voice to her every charachter, I couldn’t compare Love Surfaced to anything I ever read from her. I enjoyed it, and would recommend to fans of friends to lovers and second chance love stories in the new adult genre.

This book was a nice, easy read. I like these kind of books for the exact reason that they are easy and quick to read and I can always guarantee to get a new book boyfriend out of it by the end. This book was no exception, the characters were great and while the storyline wasn’t hugely original it was a nice read that kept me hooked till the end.

The main characters are Piper and Tanner. Tanner is Piper’s twin brother’s best friend so for that reason he’s been off limits her whole life, but that doesn’t stop the secret kisses, the poolside conversations and the feelings they have for each other. The two get together in secret while they are both training to become Olympic swimmers, they start a relationship and fall in love but then a scandal breaks out and the two break up. Two years later it’s Piper’s brother’s wedding and Piper is dating someone new and Tanner is jealous but the two are still sharing secret moments.

The most noteworthy secondary character is Brad, Piper’s twin brother and Tanner’s best friend, he is against a relationship between the two from the very start making it difficult for the two to be together but when he becomes unhappy he encourages them to do whatever makes them happy ultimately supporting the two.

The storyline is not original but it is well executed and does well in keeping the readers gripped and wanting to learn the outcome for the couple. The pacing is good and I always love the use of an epilogue so extra points to any book that gives me one.

3.5 stars a good read

I just finished Love Surfaced and I really liked it. It is one of those one where it is all about wanting a second chance at love with the person that you know is yours. But what happens when there is lies? What happens when things are not as yet seem? This is like this for Piper and Tanner. They have known each other since they were little and both start having feelings for one another but because Tanner is best friends with Pipers twin brother Brad that makes it a little difficult bec user if this relationship would go sour then that would effect Tanner and Brads relationship. One they decide it's time to come clean because they want to be together, a lie that erupts from Tanner ruins the chance before it really began with them. Now it 2 years layers and he wants her back. He has never stopped loving her. Will she take him back?

I really enjoyed this story. I like how it really took us a look into the past and present. Really got a feel for both Tanner and Piper plus all the other secondary characters. You want nothing but the best for them and you can understand some of the decisions that they made. It really had me from the get go and I didnt want to put it down. I'm hoping we get more from the other characters. Brad, Taylor, Dylan and Bea. Would love to see them!!

I would definitely recommend this to my girls!!

This is my first Michelle Lynn and I'm hooked. I loved this book and the way she writes. The book had great flow and you really get to know and understand the characters. This is a second chance romance, of which I'm a fan.

A lot of books you get bits and pieces of the characters past relationship, the book is more focused on the present, or you just get flashbacks BUT this is not the case with Love Surfaced. It starts in the past and we get to experience Tanner and Piper giving into their feelings the first time. I think this really helps you feel their connection. We also get lots of HOT sex in lots of FUN places :)

I loved how they had undeniable feelings and passion with each other. However choices, lies, and distance are too much. Fast forward a few years and Piper and Tanner are thrown together again. Will they get a second chance or will the past and present continue to stand on their way?

I would highly recommend this book, especially if you are a fan of second chance romance and couples who really are meant to be. I can't wait for more and need to see what happens with Brad and Taylor & Dylan and Bea.

Holy butterflies in my belly...The. Whole. Damn. Book.

I absolutely love a leading man who can make me squirm...while reading no less. Every single time Tanner opened his mouth or walked into a room, I was a puddle of OMFG all over the place. While I loved Piper, Bea, Dylan, and even Brad, Tanner totally stole this show for me! When an author has the power to elicit that "teenager in love" feeling from her words alone, you know she has a gift.

I loved the premise of this new adult romance: forbidden love, brother's best friend, smart mouth man who will stop at nothing to win back the woman he loves. Check, check, check. This was all around a very enjoyable read. I look forward to more from Michelle and I would LOVE a Brad and Taylor book AND a Bea book!!!!

Oh, how I love these types of books. It is a taboo story of a man falling in love with his best friends sister, not only that, but she is the twin sister of his best friend. Just by reading the synopsis I knew I was going to like this book. You could just tell there would be plenty of angst and heartbreak to go around and I was not wrong.

Piper has loved Tanner her whole life. Not only is he her twin brother's best friend, he is also her neighbor. They grew up side by side and knew each other better than anyone could imagine. While she thought Tanner put her in the "strictly off limits" category, she couldn't help but want him in the worst way.

Tanner knew he shouldn't want Piper, after all if her her brother found out he would be furious and it could possibly cost him his friend. However, he can't betray his heart and Piper is his heart. When he finally concedes that he doesn't want to live without her and goes for her heart, he is the happiest he has ever been.

Just when their relationship is taking off and they are ready to let everyone know they are now an item, their HEA comes to a screeching halt. With one act Tanner protected his best friend, but lost Piper and his heart. Would they ever be able to overcome this obstacle? Will Piper forgive Tanner and accept him back into her life? Will Tanner fight for the one thing he wants more than Olympic gold? To find out you will need to read this one.

This was a wonderful book about love and loss. Piper and Tanner love each other so much, but Piper holds back from giving Tanner her heart after he lost it once. When they are thrust back together after several years apart, the one thing that is obvious is that their desire for one another has not faded. Tanner will stop at nothing to win Piper's love, even go toe to toe with her new beau.

I loved these two characters and couldn't stop reading this one. I understood Piper's hesitancy over giving Tanner her heart again; however, how can you give someone something they never gave back. No matter what happened between them, Piper still loved Tanner. Tanner wanted Piper in his life regardless of what it would do to the relationship with her brother. When he makes an obvious play for her heart in front of everyone, no one is surprised. Tanner is one of the sweetest, most loyal men that I have ever read. Even when his reputation was going to be destroyed, he didn't waiver in his support of his friend. I love him for that alone. This was such an enjoyable read from the beginning to the end and I'm so happy they got their HEA. I can't see what happens next in Brad's ploy to win back the heart of the only woman he has ever loved!

I've been a huge fan of Michelle Lynn's for what seems like forever, so I was excited to read her latest read Love Surfaced.

Love Surfaced has to be my favorite of Michelle's books so far, I dived right into this book and could not put it down. The story is engaging, the chemistry between the characters is hot, and the characters are all likeable (for the most part).

We meet Piper as she's at a party, and trying to get Tanner's attention. We soon find out that Tanner is best friends with Piper's twin brother Brad, and there is definitely something between Tanner and Piper, even if they haven't admitted it yet.

When you think things will work out quickly between these two, Brad being the ever protective brother finds a way to stop it. Brad doesn't stop these two for long though, and they definitely find a way to be together, and the beginning of their relationship is funny, sweet, and hot! I loved their game of truth or dare in the pool, and as much as I hated that they hid their relationship from Brad, it did make for some hilarious moments!

Tanner definitely is a book boyfriend to add to the top of your list! You will fall in love with him, fall out of love with him, and then fall back all over again. There is something about his character that just draws you to him, and the way he treats Piper, and how he knows what he wants is HOT!

Piper is an amazingly written character as well, you feel her torment between being with Tanner, and letting Brad find out, your heart breaks with hers, and you can feel the indecision as she tries to figure out what she really wants.

I loved the two year span that this book took us on. We have an amazing story while these characters are in college, and then we flash forward two years, to try to figure out what happened all those years ago, and what is now going on with all of these characters and watching Piper and Tanner bicker, and try to figure out if what they had before can be saved.

The path this book takes us down is definitely an enjoyable one. I fell in love with Tanner, Piper, Dylan, Bea, and Taylor. Granted there were a few times that I really did NOT like Brad, but he redeems himself. I hope we will get the secondary characters stories one day as well, as they all have an amazing story to tell, and I didn't want to say goodbye to them just yet.

This book will have you laughing, conflicted, and feeling the heartbreak of the characters right along with them. This is a definite must read and I highly recommend it to everyone looking for a stand alone with a hot swimmer book boyfriend!

„How can one person bring so much hate, lust, and love to my surface?”

Michelle Lynn is one of my favourite authors, so I couldn’t wait, to read Love Surfaced! And just in case if you haven’t read the Invisibles series you should start it right about now! Or yesterday.

But lets get back to Love Surfaced. I really liked the style, the way it once made me smile than choke on my tears. I understand that our heroes had times when they felt really low. But I am grateful that we did not have to read about the time spent apart. Thanks Michelle for not putting us through that! Although I had some issues wrapping my mind around the change of scenes. Sometimes it took some time to figure out where we were and how we got there.

I loved the chemistry between Piper and Tanner.

„When I turn around, his hands are on either side of the door, and he leans his chest forward. I hold my breath, afraid to release it with him so close.
„You have a dirty mind, Piper Ashby.”
He lingers with his feet in the hallway, and I’m just about to let out my breath when he grips my wrist tighter.
„Breath now,” he whispers.
The air deflates from my lungs while our eyes fix on each other.
What are we doing? Playing with fire – that’s what.”

And Tan made me swoon. Several times.

„Ask me,” he prods.
I deeply inhale. „Why now?” I ask, my hand rises to my mouth, and I start biting my nails, hoping that I’m not blowing my chance by questioning his intensions.
„I honestly can’t stay away anymore.”

I liked the way he was dedicated to swimming. And Piper.

„Can I tell you something?” he asks.
His fingers stop moving, and my eyes flicker up to his somber face.
„Yes.” I can barely hear my shallow voice.
„I like you. I’ve liked you for a long time.”

There were some unexpected twists and a whole lot of misunderstandings, and I couldn’t decide if I wanted to facepalm myself or Piper. Or the whole crew. But the story just pulled me in and I was not able to put it down till I ran out of pages!
I cannot wait to read about Brad and Taylor! And pretty please let us have Dylan and Bea’s story too!

***I received a copy of this book from the author in exchange for an honest review!***

This was such a great book. I loved every moment of it. Piper and Tanner were so perfect together. This book deals with an element of forbidden romance, in that the two main characters shared a best friend in common. Tanner was Piper's brothers best friend and vice versa. Since I have plenty of siblings myself, I could totally relate to how they were feeling. It's hard to know when something is worth taking the chance of ruining a relationship, but in the end, if you truly believe that you are meant to be with someone then you have to take that chance. The worst thing is living with the regret of letting that person go.

Tanner and Piper had some obstacles to overcome on their road to happiness. There are missed opportunities and misunderstandings, and this is something that was evident in this book. There is definitely a lot of angst in this book, and sometimes you want to smack someone upside the head to that they can see what is right in front of them. This was a story that made my heart pound in anticipation, and there were twists and turns that surprised me in a good way, all while leaving me breathless for more.

I loved how sweet and pure Piper was, and that Tanner was so strong and protective. He is definitely a sexy man that will get your heart rate up. I also loved the side characters, and am hoping for a bit more of Brad's story in the future.

Overall, I highly recommend this book. I have read a couple of books by this author, and she never fails to write an interesting read.

This is Piper and Tanner's story.
I gave this book 5 stars.

I love Miss Michelle's books!! Like a fat kid loves cake.
I haven't read her stuff in so long and forgot how much I loved this Author. She is amazing!! This story was beautiful and page turning and I couldn't put it down. It made me happy and sad. Tanner has always been something that Piper has wanted, but they both know that any relationship beyond friendship was going to be looked at as off limits! Big brother Brad has more then said so more than once. But that doesn't stop them from having feelings for each other. This relationship was bound to happen like a flower waiting to blossom. It is beautiful, but is breathtakingly amazing once it is in full bloom. This is Tanner and Piper.

This is a sweet, loving amazing book that you will not be able to put down. It will have you smiling and laughing with them. It will have you getting angry and being sad right along with them again. Find out what happens to Tanner and Piper when it comes right down to the point of having to choose weather they are going to go all in or sacrifice how they feel for the others around them.
Thank you Michelle for yet another amazing story!!! <3

I have been a fan of Michelle Lynn since her first book. She just gets better and better :) I can't describe in words how much I loved Piper and Tanner's story!! <3

Piper and Tanner have been friends since they were younger. The thing is her twin bother Brad and Tanner and best friends. She has always like Tanner but he was off limits because of his relationship with her brother. Little does she know, Tan has feelings for her too. What are they both to do when the one person they have in common is the reason they don't want to act on their feelings?

They flirt all the time and then one night everything changes. Those two are hot together and I was so drawn to their story to see where it would go.
One mistake messes up everything and fast forward 2 years later. Let me just say, I LOVE Tanner. He knows what he wants and will do what he has to get it. He and Piper haven't spoken since and there are still some issues to be discussed. No matter what happens or how much time goes by, your heart doesn't lie. These two were just amazing.

Piper's brother wasn't a fan of mine until late in the book towards the end because of all his nonsense and you will see why. I know I am anxiously awaiting his story now :)

If you're a fan of Michelle Lynn, you will not be disappointed. You'll love this as much as I did. Add it to your TBR list today!
