This book is very helpful as I just found out I have ibs I have always had stomach issues and this book is literally like a bible to me. I highly recommend this book to anyone with stomach issues lots of easy recipes that are easy on the stomach.
I enjoyed the new recipes in this book, and the stage two information on managing the Low FODMAP diet was helpful. However, it was a little confusing as some of the recipes contained non-FODMAP friendly ingredients, which meant I had to modify the recipes to be able to eat them.
Overall, I highly recommend Sue Shepherd's works on managing IBS through Low FODMAP approaches. She is great at explaining things, and she does have some tasty ideas.
