I enjoyed the new recipes in this book, and the stage two information on managing the Low FODMAP diet was helpful. However, it was a little confusing as some of the recipes contained non-FODMAP friendly ingredients, which meant I had to modify the recipes to be able to eat them.

Overall, I highly recommend Sue Shepherd's works on managing IBS through Low FODMAP approaches. She is great at explaining things, and she does have some tasty ideas.
