This was just an overview to read about particular cases and rules of contract law in general with varied terms when it comes to contracts; breaching; termination, returns, etc.
Mostly legal jargon throughout the book, but some interesting cases in the back on electronic contracts as well. With our technological age, today, even publishers send contracts via email instead of mail. Therefore to be informed is a good tool overall.
