Don't pass this book up Beatle fan!

This book gets into details no other Beatle docu-book gets in to. I have read many books of the Beatles individually and they do include never known before stories but this one covers pretty much everything anybody needs to know about the Beatles so much so that even if you've never heard of them you'll want to buy some CDs of Beatles (together or solo) songs to hear what the hype is all about. John, Paul, George & Ringo, even as young as they were to start, initiated the desires of thousands of young kids wanting music in their lives. You also have to recognize how much they accomplished in the short few years they were together. I was 7 when I saw them on the Ed Sullivan show. Changed my look at the world too. Four extremely talented young men. Just read the book.

Great read!

This is excellent, but nothing presented that an original fan wouldn't already know (except one juicy little tidbit about Pete Best's mother's involvement with a roadie)

It took me back to some very fun and self defining times.
For that, it is a great read!

It is always a pleasure for me to read about my favorite group, a group that changed the world of music forever. I liked this group because it is concise and provides only the necessary details to get to know their music and group relationships and evolution better, without falling into unnecessary details, like the kindergarten teacher's name and such irrelevant stuff. I really enjoyed it and there is always something new I learn about the fab 4.
