A great read
Another fantastic book. I love the whole series. I can't wait for the next book. I recommend this to all girls who love hood fairytales.

Omg What? I’m disappointed! Sorry we rushed you
Honestly, I feel like the story was rushed. Sean’s character was confusing who is he really? He didn’t come across as someone believable enough to pull off robbing Wicked. He almost felt random and unnecessary.
Then the baby daddy showing up at the gas station… why? He could have stayed Casper the ghost. There was no real reason to bring him back into the story.
I also didn’t like how Wicked was written as immature. How do you give her a car and then take it back knowing she has a son? That felt childish and out of character.
And the ending felt strange. It didn’t feel like they were actually in a relationship. If he’s talking about marriage, shouldn’t the story move in that direction? The way it ended just felt off.
Overall, it felt rushed and flat. I’m hoping books two and three slow down and go back to the drawing board, because right now I’m disappointed. Manic & Wren is still number one there storyline was captivating. Wicked & Aria just missed the mark for me.

Stop Playing With This Man!!!
When a man with power tell you what it is, please believe him. Never play with a powerful heart. A man with power will always show more actions than he will words. A single parent worst fear is bringing the wrong person around their child. Let’s chat!!
First let me state, it’s wasn’t LONG enough 🤭! The way I want more. Ok so now that I expressed that, let’s get into it. Wicked is person I thought he would be and I love it🤭. He is definitely unhinged and played not a single game especially when it came to Aria🥰. From the moment he seen her again, it became ALL gas no breaks. That moment when he first seen her again left me speechless - in a good way. After that, the things this man did behind her. The eyes though😬? Oh but when he shows his version of him being soft, he hasn’t missed🤭! Controlling, but hasn’t missed. One of the things I love the most was how he made time for Aria. Even with all the shenanigans going on in the streets, he still made time for her. Then the moment with her son 🥹! That moment of understanding and trust was everything - the beginning of a friendship was formed. Now, what I didn’t care for was how fast he moved but wasn’t expecting the outcome or that ending😳. Well maybe I expected part of the ending!
When it comes to Aria, I can relate with her in many ways - single parent, trifling baby daddy🤭 and independent. Even I can relate to going in a date, just to get out the house. What I don’t relate to is playing with a like Wicked. She thought she wouldn’t see this man again, but she was sadly mistaken🤭. The funny thing is, she really tried to avoid him - epic fail🤭. My girl likes to play with fire because when she challenged him, she wasn’t expecting the outcome. Honestly, I wasn’t either🤣! Now that trifling baby daddy Andre, yeah he deserved that tongue lashing. Like what he thought😒! Then the softy Shun got on my nerves. It was something about him and I still think he up to something. Oh almost forgot, not the Waffle House🤣! Wren better stop experimenting. They weren’t ready for the outcome or experience. One thing for sure, when Aria & Wren are hanging a time will be had.
This was shorter than normal but pact with just enough. It was very fast paced but in a good way. Definitely could’ve given more but I will not complain. Wicked is one for the book because he is something else. Can’t wait for book 3 cause the way this ended has me at the edge of my seat. As I know she didn’t do what I think she did and I know she wasn’t expecting a different outcome.

“By the pricking of my thumbs, Something wicked this way comes"
Lord, pray for Aria she needs prayer y’all. 1st off Wicked forgave her and didn’t mention knowing she just abandoned him after hearing he almost died in prison in the last book in Wren and Maniac series. That hurt that man to his core and he still came home and pursued her. She played with two men lives and we don’t even know if they still breath air or have fingers🤣. She should be scared because after this rejection, he may move on and it serves her right. Is this because of her relationship with her mother? I hope we go deeper in next book to understand to understand her rationale. We got Zola waiting in the wings and if not her someone else. Anyway we just got acquainted with Wicked, I’m am expecting a wilder ride with him more so than Maniac. Whom may i add still at odds with Zilla🤣 great start to series. Aria and Wicked
First of all… Wicked is out here moving WILD no protection... YIKES. Now let’s talk about Aria because she had my blood pressure up the entire book. The. Entire. Time. What do you mean “you can’t”?! I really felt like she was stringing Wicked along. He gave her stability, security, and the kind of lifestyle she clearly wants for herself and her son and it felt like she leaned into that without fully being honest about her feelings or intentions, and you let him meet her dad and son. That’s not casual. That’s serious. If you’re not ready for forever, why open that door? That’s not something you do halfway. It just made everything feel more unfair to Wicked. I’m honestly so disappointed in her because the potential was there. But that cliffhanger?? Oh, I already know she’s about to stress me out in book two and she better get it together.

Wicked’s story plunges straight into chaos with ZERO chaser. I wanted some backstory, some explanation… maybe later, who knows?! I’ve got a few suspects for the rat, but my gut is screaming that the baby daddy is going to be the ultimate nightmare. And Aria? She was getting on my last darn nerve! I may or may not have seriously considered throwing a shoe at my Kindle.
This book is a fast, addictive whirlwind—finished it in under 2 hours—and yet… HOW DARE IT END LIKE THAT?! I need the next book yesterday! Absolutely recommend if you want drama, chaos, and characters that make you scream, laugh, and cry all at once.

Wow
Love Aria & Wicked they are both hot headed. I wonder why Solei is still with her husband, but Wicked didn’t waste no time putting him in his place that cage. (Couldn’t stop laughing) Man he went to jail for Luxe that’s love. I wish they would have had a conversation about it. Now Aria out here stealing a dog no pet is safe around these ppl. 🤪 Wicked had double standards it was ok for him to mess around, but Aria couldn’t. He had to go to jail him and Maniac couldn’t run the streets at the same time. They both have screws loose, but I love some unhinged men. Now who is messing with my man can’t wait to read the next book.

Wow and double wow!
This book was everything! I know you have to go through heartbreak before you receive your happily ever after, but Aria is crazy! I understand that she has alot of insecurities but Wicked doesn't see that, alk he seems is her! Hopefully she realizes the wrong she did before it is too late. Shun and Zola are going to be a real problem if they don't get handled. I hope what she found out at the end will fix the dynamic between her and Wicked. Can't wait for the next book. Ms. Tanience you did your big one again!

Hmmmmm
I was a bit disappointed with this book. I felt like we really didn’t get any details on Wicked’s life. I know we met him in Maniac’s books but we didn’t really get the nitty gritty, the down and dirty details that usually come to light when a side character becomes the main character. Aria felt a little flat too, like I understand her reluctance to be in a relationship and play with niggas but it fell flat for me. Hopefully book 2 comes with the hee haw.

I was excited to read Wicked and Aria’s story. I just wasn’t prepared for the fall out of it all. I guess I expected more from Wicked’s character, but hey…Idk…I thought he would be more calculated.

Taniece you have done it again. I absolutely loved it. I am loving me some Wicked. I don’t know who’s worse him or Maniac. I was not expecting that ending at all. I can’t wait to read part 2. This is most definitely a must read.

While overall this was a good book it did seem a bit rushed. We never found out who was behind the fire and if Aria bd is gonna be in the picture and then the proposal. I just don’t understand her thinking but maybe in the next book everything will be revealed and it works out for Wicked and Aria.
