I think if you’re new to struggling with anxiety then this would would be a really great resource. For me, as someone who has lived with GAD for a decade and a half, a lot of the information in this book wasn’t super impactful. It was well written and served as a great reminder though!

Quick & easy read - I think this could be really helpful for people at the beginning of their anxiety journey, particularly around why it might be happening to them! For someone like me who’s out the other end, there were still a few interesting parts, but overall, nothing I hadn’t hear before. Don’t expect a highly scientific or researched book, most tips are anecdotal and come straight from the author’s personal experience.

3.5 stars rounded up to 4!
Listened to the book, and as someone who isn’t used to audiobooks I think it wasn’t the right book to listen to! The author is clearly very informed around anxiety and a lot of the information comes along with her personal experiences of implementing management strategies for anxiety (good and bad which felt quite refreshing!). Would definitely be interested to see if I enjoyed it more as a physical copy of the book rather than audio!

Review of advance copy received from Author
As a psychologist who has worked in the area of anxiety for over 15 years and has someone who has experienced anxiety, this is the most accurate, accessible and supportive guide for anyone living with anxiety that I have ever read. Outstanding and I would highly recommend
