Five million dollars. One year. One baby. No feelings.
Finn Morrow is drowning. His brother's debt is spiraling, his library job barely covers rent, and he's running out of options. So when billionaire Sebastian Coldwell announces he's looking for an omega to carry his heir—no strings attached—Finn does the math. One year. One baby. Enough money to save his brother and walk away free.
Simple. Clinical. Emotionless.
Except Sebastian isn't cold. He's devastating—dark eyes, rare smiles, and a protective streak that makes Finn forget this is just a transaction. And Finn? Finn is supposed to hand over the baby and disappear. He's not supposed to fall in love with the man. Or the life. Or the child growing inside him.
But when Finn's past comes crashing back with a betrayal he never saw coming, Sebastian reveals exactly what he's capable of when someone threatens what's his.

The Arrangement is a standalone dark billionaire omegaverse romance featuring a protective alpha who will burn down the world for his family, an omega with a sharp tongue and a weakness for carbs, and enough heat to melt your e-reader. HEA guaranteed.
- The blurb calls this a dark romance. It’s not. There’s some angst and conflict, but I wouldn’t call this dark. - I realize this was an arrangement for a baby, but I didn’t like how often Finn’s worth was linked to said baby. - I wasn’t a fan of how the Theo situation played out. - The writing was so repetitive. - The fact that they both acted like the contract was this big hindrance, when it obviously wasn’t, got old real quick. - The MCs were likable and had good chemistry.

Omegaverse/ MM/ age gap/ knotting/ found family/ billionaire romance/ pregnancy/ touch him and die/ forced proximity/ HEA
Trigger warning: death of a loved one/ cheating(not MCs)/ manipulation/ alcoholism/ betrayal/ kidnapping/ attempted murder/ assault/ blackmail
I wish this wasn’t so repetitive. I think the MMC mentioned that he was 42 a minimum of 4 times. Also, I know there’s another book after this but that feels unnecessary. Why couldn’t the MCs just get a finished HEA with this book? Sure, some things were unresolved but I honestly don’t care enough to justify reading an entire book about them.
When I say I love omegaverse, this is what I mean. A book filled with fluff, with heat and nesting and knotting and mpreg and all the protective streak an alpha has over their omega. Ugh my heart is so full!
And don’t get me started on Sassy Finn confronting the wholeass family like it was a bad tv show. I was so here for it.
There are some loose ends (I’m assuming the author did it on purpose if another book is coming) so I can’t wait to see what River does with that.
A definite must read if you want a good omegaverse book, with mid pacing, arrange situationship with a he fall first and hard tropes.
Overall this is a good read, there are some plot holes that bring the rating down one star. I wished the story wasnt 50% pre pregnancy and 1 % post. The ending felt very rushed and would have been better with more chapters or a decent length epilogue. However I really liked the characters and the storyline. Spice was minimal. Angst minimal HEA yes .
I enjoyed the story and wasn't ready for it to end. I I wanted to see what happened to Theo. I wanted to see more life after baby. Overall, I enjoyed the author's writing style and read the story in one sitting.
Omegaverse-lite. Heats but no barks, packs, scent-matches, or sheltered prince/princess omegas. Straight forward, quick, easy read where characters speak their minds. No miscommunication here. Things happen quickly because of the page count. Checking out book 2.
This was an emotional roller coaster. From the beginning to the very end I was sucked into the story and couldn’t put it down. Fortunately I know that the next chapter is available and I’m going to read it now. Absolutely recommended.
