Great book I was hooked from the start. Kat is a strong character, every time she's gets knocked down she gets right back up, over and over. There's a lot of twisted and secrets in this book which make it a great read.

was given an arc for a fair review
I couldn't wait to read this book from CL. I couldn't put it down until I finished it.
I fell in love with Kat straight away, she is a strong female lead and is tested constantly throughout the story.
the Sheriff was a surprise as was the way Kat was treated by her family in the end.
I felt for Kat, she had been through so much and she kept on getting up every time she was shut down.
the blurb says there is a secret in the town of Belmont Falls, I found that there are many secrets.
again another book that has a lot of twists and turns and you will be surprised by the ending.

This is the first book i have read by this author and was excited when i started the read.
It stared out promising with a great strong female lead,However it soon became quite confusing jumping from One character to another.
The story was interesting but could have used a little more explaining as to who all the characters were and their relation to one another.
With all that being said i did enjoy it and would read the sequel to see where Kat ends up.
