As an ardent “Ferris Bueller” fan, I was very excited when I learned about this book. After reading Jason Klamm’s book, I’m still a huge Ferris fan and came away with some new insight into the film, but I’m fairly “meh” about the book. The author digs into the minutiae to the point of distraction in some parts. As a reader I was wanting to give up. Powered through and am glad about the insight into the movie. It’s just not what I expected.

This book just wasn’t for me. It barely held my attention and there was too much on non Ferris information. I expected something completely different.
