Race, Religion & Racism Vol. 1: A Bold Encounter With Division in the Church

Rate this book
In 1997, Dr. Frederick K.C. Price rocked the Church world with an electrifying teaching series called Race, Religion & Racism. Sunday mornings, “the most segregated time in America ,” has not been the same since. Researched studiously and delivered fearlessly, the series lashes out at racism and racial prejudice, and at the American Church for siding with evil rather than the Word of God. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again,” Price chides. “Slavery could never have existed without the consent of the Church.” Through it all, one message rings true: Our Lord is not a God who favors one people over another; not white over black, nor black over any other people. He is Lord of all, and He favors all.

POWER AND ON POINT

America has been and will continue to be trouble until it deals with its "nigger" problem. "Nigger" is an invention of white America prior to the trapping, subjugation and enslavement of Africans, "niggers" did not exist. This topic reaches deeply into the psyche of white America and the continued support of racism in Christianity. Africans have said before the white man came to Africa with his Bible, the land was ours. After he left all we had was a Bible and the white man had all the land.
