Excellent explanation
Explained simply with easy to understand pictures. Shows that you don’t necessarily need expensive multimeters and other equipment to fault find effectively. Excellent refresher.

Simple
The author shows and explains that electrical shorts are simple to repair if you have basic knowledge. Maybe this should be a chapter of a larger book, but it works.

Basic and helpful with some rough edges.
The concept covered in this book, shorts to power, helped me to solve a problem with a gas furnace just yesterday. It also inspired me to take another look at a strange wiring issue connecting and affecting three devices on three different circuit breakers.
The content is very basic, but sometimes that is all that is needed. It contains some unusual grammar and the content is a little repetitive. The book could use refinement, but it can be useful as is.

Just why I needed. Easy to understand and with excellent diagrams. All of his books are that way. You can tell that he knows his stuff. Very well written.
