Don't worry, they deserved it. And who would ever think a cute little pop star has this much blood on her hands?
No one, that's who. Except him, that is. The man who killed my parents and started me down this path of revenge.
For ten years, it's been me, my kill list, and Bryce — my manager, foster father, and very large, very British problem who unfortunately still sees me as a child, when I'd prefer anything but.
I had a system. It was a good system.
Then HIS minions found me first. Backstage at my own hometown concert, no less.
Suddenly I have a bodyguard with soft eyes and a hero complex who has no idea he was handpicked for this job for reasons beyond his control. And, somewhere in the shadows, there's a man who is more unhinged than I am, which, honestly, should terrify me more than it does.
Good thing I'm very good at complicated situations.
Stabbing Me Softly is a dark reverse harem romantic comedy with murder, morally unhinged men, and one pop star who absolutely has everything under control. Probably. She hopes.
I actually had this book that I got on a ‘free book’ day and saw the second book recommended to me. I realized that this is the first and I had it so I read it. I will read the second book tomorrow. This was amazing. I’m going back to my favorite genre, dark romance for this one. This is more of a dark romance rom com and I’m here for it. Reagan, Bryce, and Ash are compelling characters and I can’t wait to see what happens next. Sadly book three isn’t out yet and I see no release date so I have a feeling I’ll be left hanging on book two. This one ended in a bit of a cliffhanger so be warned.
absolutely hooked! a fun, unhinged read. ‘’natural born killers‘’ x ‘’panty stoking & garter belt‘’ vibes. its hard to find brats written well, and the mfc could be my sister from another mister. will certainly plunder this author`s other works.
I finished this in one sitting. It was very fast paced but still was able to give enough background and character development. I wish the romance with the bodyguard was developed a little more and there were a few typos but otherwise no notes.
