Finally Finding Home -
Cora and Oliver’s one night of unbridled pleasures was meant to be as strangers without exchanging names, but fate had other plans in store for them, as they met again in a coincidental encounter. Even though Oliver hadn’t been able to forget his night with Cora, he was weary of her when they met again, which led to him keeping her at arms length. Cora on the other hand tried everything possible to stay away from Oliver, as her insecurities led to her keeping a very big secret from him, but he soon found out about her secret when she landed herself in hospital.

Cora didn’t expect Oliver’s reaction to the news, as everyone in her life had always disappointed her, but what really affected her was the way his family rallied around her to make her feel welcome and part of them. As luck would have it, Oliver didn’t everything possible to convince Cora that he wanted them to build a life together, but it took her a while to really trust her dreams were coming true. Kat Baxter created a story that will draw you in from the first page and characters that bring the story alive on the pages in this book. You definitely won’t go wrong if you read this book.

Lovely

A quick, easy, and fun read. The banter, the spice, and the characters were all just lovely. I really enjoyed Cora and Oliver, and all the secondary characters. Just a lovely read.

Cora is hanging out with her besties: Jules & Hope at Ace’s in Saddle Creek, TX. She has had a horrible day after interviewing for a job, and she knows she didn’t get it. They are drinking and they are as close as sisters. Cora has had a lot of bad things happen in her life, that made me cry. She notices a hot cowboy, and her girls tell her to go get some, pretty much, lol. So she heads over to speak with Oliver (They don’t use names, you’ll see why- she is Mischief, he is Cowboy.). They talk, dance and then decide to go get hot and steamy. It is a bit romantic too. He realizes that she means more than he thought she did.

Three months later, after that wonderful night together, she is pregnant while she is a live-in healthcare worker for Mimz and Pops Blankenship. The job includes room, board, and stellar pay, as well as the care that Mimz and Pops returns to her. To her this is the first place that ever felt like home, because things are always taken from her. After Mimz and Pops go on a cruise, she realizes that she needs to try harder to find Cowboy to tell him that he is about to be a father. She has even gone back to Aces. Nada. Then someone unlocks the door, while she is in a state, lol. Yup, Oliver and Cora meet after arguing and then talking and clearing things up. But, she doesn’t tell him that she is pregnant yet. He moves in, and she gives him ground rules. However, the rest of his siblings freak when he tells them about their grandparents having a live in aide. The chat is hilarious. Jules has absolutely no filter and warns her that she will do some things, if Cora doesn’t do them soon, herself.

Oliver had to move out because Henry suddenly has a wife that is moving in. Henry, Addison, Kelsie & Payton are Oliver’s sibs. While the grandparents are away, Oliver and Cora pretty much avoid each other. But, Cora does something that is so beautifully epic. I cried a lot over it. Upon the return of the grandparents is their anniversary, which is attended by a ridiculous amount of Saddle Creek, about half of which are family, lol. Or so it seems. Things get crazy and Oliver ends up having to take Cora to the hospital. Everything is revealed. They talk, but she is afraid, he’ll kick her out. He is upset by this, because she should know that he isn’t like that. The rest of the book is beautiful, romantic, steamy and cute. The reactions of the family made me cry, besides Oliver’s. I wanted to just hug Cora. I adore the ending, even if some of it made me bawl. The final texts between Cora, Jules & Hope are freaking hilarious. I can’t wait to see what comes next!.

Y’all, this was the ugly cry af book that my soul was craving, mmm’kay? Like I was a freaken sobbing mess at a coffee shop of all places… and the baristas were looking at me with concern. I didn’t even care. I love all of Kat Baxter’s books but this hit a little differently. If you were to ask me to pick a book that felt like “home” or a book that describes “belonging”… THIS. IS. IT! Oliver and Cora are definitely one of my favorite book couples of 2026.

Cora has a firm grip around my heart. Y’all know I’m really just here for the hero most of time. She is now my favorite KB heroine. Growing up as in the foster care Cora knows about constantly feeling displaced. She had to be strong and resilient in order to get through life. But theres a vulnerability around her because she always feels like her sense of security is fleeting. This girl made me want to give her a big hug and tell her that she found her home… and a guy who will always make sure she feels safe and protected. Oliver is so perfect for her.

Oliver has always guarded his heart. Women tend to act differently when they find out he comes from money. But he instantly feels a connection with Cora. He knows she’s special. When they reconnect again after their night of passion, he respects the boundaries she’s set up for them. Even though resisting her is kinda tough considering they are sharing the same space. But he shows her through the little things how dependable he is. I mean, the guy washes his plate and puts it up without being asked. Which is a hot love language for Cora. But she aint seen nothing yet. His grand gesture is absolutely BRILLIANT!! Like, OMFG… grab a box of Kleenex and be prepared for the cry fest. He’s a delicious boyfriend that I am happily adding to my Harem

Cora & Oliver were such lovable characters… his family is just going to win you over too. This is a love story that not only embraces the couple, but everyone around them. Seriously, y’all… this book deserves more than 5 stars. I am just over here applauding Kat Baxter.

Until You by Kat Baxter, the third installment in the Billionaire Cowboys series, delivers a captivating small-town romance packed with emotional depth and heart. The story follows Cora, whose life takes an unexpected turn after a single impulsive night with Oliver Blankenship. Facing the reality of a surprise pregnancy, she finds herself in Saddle Creek, working for a family that finally brings her a sense of belonging—while the looming presence of Oliver creates both tension and undeniable chemistry.

Baxter skillfully crafts two compelling characters: Cora, the outsider desperate for acceptance, and Oliver, the guarded cowboy who’s been hurt before and is reluctant to trust again. Their dynamic is sizzling, with Oliver’s grumpy demeanor clashing with Cora’s determination and vulnerability. As secrets threaten to unravel their fragile connection, the author explores themes of trust, forgiveness, and the power of found family, making the stakes feel real and heartfelt throughout the novel.

Readers who enjoy grumpy x sunshine pairings, surprise pregnancies, and small-town settings will find themselves swept up in Oliver and Cora’s journey. Until You shines with its authentic characters, emotional twists, and Baxter’s ability to create a romance that feels both classic and fresh. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a deeply moving, hopeful love story in a charming rural backdrop.

This was definitely a page-turner for me. Cora and Oliver meet in a bar and end up having a one-night stand. Months later, Cora discovers she’s pregnant but is reluctant to track Oliver down. As it turns out, she doesn’t have to—Oliver finds her at his grandparents’ house, where she’s been hired as a live-in health aide. Their reunion is tense at first, with Oliver acting suspicious and guarded, but after talking things through, he realizes he’s been unfair and softens toward her.

With novellas, you usually expect a fast pace, instant love, and relationships that move a bit too quickly. This story does lean into insta-love, but it doesn’t feel as shallow or rushed as expected. Instead, it balances emotional weight with the romance, exploring Cora’s painful past alongside the hope and happiness of her life finally turning around.

That said, one aspect didn’t quite work for me. Cora’s history with childhood cancer is mentioned, but it isn’t explored in much depth—even when she’s in the hospital. Considering how chemotherapy can affect pregnancy, or the possibility of recurrence, I expected more attention to this. The lack of detail makes it feel like a missed opportunity and slightly unrealistic.

Overall, though, it’s an engaging and emotional quick read with a satisfying mix of heartbreak and healing.

**One Night, No Names!**

*Until You* is the third book in the Billionaire Cowboys series. After a frustrating job interview, Cora and her friends decide to have a girls' night out. During this memorable night, Cora shares an unforgettable experience with Oliver, but they leave without exchanging names. That night ultimately changes everything for both of them.

Now, three months later, Cora returns to Saddle Creek, working as a live-in healthcare worker for a very active senior couple who have welcomed her into their home, making her feel like she finally belongs for the first time in her life. Meanwhile, Oliver, who never expected to encounter Cora again, finds himself surprised to see her at his grandparents’ house. However, he feels hesitant and guarded, which makes Cora reluctant to share the news of her surprise pregnancy.

Initially, this creates tension between them, but as the weeks pass and they get to know each other better, they begin to lower their guard. Their connection deepens, and they start to open up to one another.

Oliver and Cora's story is one of opposites attracting, unexpected pregnancy, found family, and an instant love that blossoms as they navigate their heartfelt emotional journey toward their happily ever after. It's a warm, cozy read that feels just perfect for snuggling up with.

It was supposed to be for one night and she did not expect anything that as going to happen afterwards. Cora grew up with foster families and learned not to expect much and has some trust issues and that people just love or respect her for the amazing person she is. She spend one night with a man not knowing who he is and got pregnant. An elderly couple with a special love story of their own, gave her not only a job but a home to stay. Then she finds out the cowboy she shared that fateful night with is their grandson Oliver. He got hurt before and also has some trust issues, thinking that people and Cora are onto him for money. But the family opens up their hearts. While the story line does not seem new, I love this book. The characters and art of writing made me cry and laugh with them. Some lines were so special just like the characters each for their own, despite having lived through this hard life Cora is such a sweet, giving and loving person with a genuine heart. The Davenport family, how they open up their hearts, homes and amrs for her and also Oliver. If you do not read it you miss out on something magical.

Lovely Read
I think this is my favourite Kat Baxter book so far. Cora and Oliver are two souls that were meant to find each other, even though it took some meddling from Fate to get them to a point where they knew each other’s names.
There is some good banter and a bit of steam in this book, but the prevailing theme throughout is the love of family, be it blood relation or found family. Even though Cora has grown up in “temporary” families the love of her found family in Hope and Jules is unwavering and pure.
Then Cora is embraced by Oliver’s family before they even know of Cora and Oliver’s connection. The description of Mimz and Pops’ love for each other during the anniversary slide show and how that love was shared generously with all the family was incredibly moving and gives insight into the type of people Oliver was raised by. It also reveals the beautiful heart that Cora keeps well protected.
This is a lovely, low angst read that will leave you with a smile on your face and probably wondering when it will be Hope and Jules’ turn.

This book was phenomenal and pulled tightly at my heartstrings! Oliver was so good at seeing Cora as well as seeing the person behind the walls she built to protect herself. Talk about swoonworthy! From one night with no exchanging of personal information, calling each other by the names Cowboy and Mischief, to Cora finding out she was pregnant. They finally meet when she is a live in caregiver for his grandparents. The careful way they danced around their feelings felt so familiar to many of us. The slide show Cora put together for Oliver’s grandparents was such a vivid image in my mind in which she showcased their love for each other and the family. Then Oliver’s reaction to finding out he was going to be a dad. This book was just the best. It is something women want; a man that sees them and hears them. I found myself laughing at the banter/texts between Oliver and his family. Don’t miss this one!.

Ok these two hooked me from the very first scene and did not let up!! I have been curious about Oliver since he got booted from his brothers house in the last book. Oliver was so much more than I anticipated in the best way possible. After they meet in the bar and share an incredible one night stand. No names, no life stories, just an incredible connection and some fogged up truck windows.

Cora grew up in foster care and knows that love comes with conditions and most people leave. She longs for acceptance and a place to belong. Oliver is the grumpy cowboy who has been hurt before and distrusting of most. Together they create this beautiful dynamic. The Blankenship family add such a wonderful piece of the story. From the group texts to the ribbing Oliver gets from his cousins, it all works so well. Kat has this beautiful ability to create incredible found families.

If you are a fan of grumpy cowboys, determined heroine, small town, surprise pregnancy, found family and a ton of heart, this one is for you!

Until You is book three of the Billionaire Cowboys and we get Oliver and Coras story.

A one night stand, with no names or numbers exchanged leads to months of mutal longing but no way of reaching out. Not only that, but two pink lines make it so Cora will always have a piece of her Cowboy with her.
A post shower meet cute though, puts both Oliver and Cora under the same roof, and while neither of them is willing to admit how they feel for the other. Secrets never stay secrets for long.

Cora decides to throw caution to the wind for one night—but of course, fate has other plans and brings her right back to Oliver. She’s spent most of her life feeling unwanted, so the idea that Oliver—and his big, loud, loving, slightly chaotic family—might actually want her too? That’s a lot for her to believe.

This story really hit me in the feels. The overall plot isn’t anything wildly new, but the way it’s written just brings everything to life. Cora and Oliver have amazing chemistry, and they’re genuinely so fun together. I definitely found myself reaching for tissues more than once. There’s a touch of slow burn, but it fits the story perfectly and never feels dragged out.

I’ve read quite a few of this author’s books by now, and it still amazes me how she manages to weave everything together so effortlessly while making you feel so much along the way.

An outstanding read as Cora picks Oliver up in Aces Bar for an evening of no names entertainment. They went by the names of Cowboy and Mischief, where they went out on a back road in a terrible downpour. They did talk some on the way out enough, that he learned she grew up in foster care and had tall walls around her. They never expected to see each other again, until he showed up at her place of employment three and half months later. Needless to say, they were both shocked. She was still afraid to fully trust him, because she was waiting for the other shoe to fall like it always did in foster care. She did not want to lose this job. He had never forgotten her, and he spent a great deal of time thinking about her, wishing he had never agreed to the no names agreement. A poignant story of love and family.

Oliver is a good-looking cowboy standing in a bar watching Cora cross the room when she finally approaches. Cora grew up in foster care doesn't expect much from people but once a night with that cowboy. She doesn't want to know names and they dance and they leave together in his truck for a night of passion. Three months later she's pregnant, doesn't know his name, but has a job with a sweet older couple who know she's pregnant and care for her anyway as much as she cares for them. She's very surprised when her cowboy shows up at the door and is the grandson of the couple. She keeps her walls up and is fearful of telling him about the baby that loves his family and is drawn to him. His family loves her back and are thrilled when they find out she's pregnant with their brothers. Cora has to figure out how to accept love and how to trust in other people to be there when they say they will be. This was a great story I loved it and it made me want to go read the other siblings story.

What an opening scene!!!!
At the bar, finding their one night stand.
Supposedly...

I was swooning at
* "he touches the brim of his hat with one finger and gives me a slight nod"
* at his ghost, barely there smile.

I was laughing at her bravado to ask a cowboy to dance.
And at his families antics.

I was crying along with all the others over the slideshow
and with her friends when she found home
literally and otherwise.

A fixed point. The opposite of temporary.
The one who chooses you every day.
The one who takes pictures of you because you are important and he wants to build memories with and of you.
The one who brings you a f@#$ing plate with food because he's thinking of you.

"I know the sound of him".
How much love it requires to listen and observe and learn every little nuance?
Wouldn't I like to know!!!.

So many emotions!! This was a one night stand turned slow burn full of fate and love and family. Cora had built walls around her heart her whole life to keep people out, after years in foster care it was easier to deflect than hope. Oliver was feeling unsteady after the changes in his life, but he saw Cora for who she was behind those walls. It had a secret pregnancy, which I don't usually like, but felt like this was exactly the right pacing for their story to be perfect. They were perfect for each other and I loved every minute of them falling in love! I also really loved the side characters, her friends were hilarious and so were his siblings. I really hope we gets books for her friends and for Payton. No cheating or OM/OW drama, 3ish months apart, found family, dual POV, HEA and a sweet epilogue to tie it all up. Can't wait for whoever is next in this family, the love they all have to give is so steady and true and I love every second of it!

Until You by Kat Baxter is a sweet, steamy novella romance that captures instalove magic, quirky small-town charm, and feel-good chemistry with Baxter's signature humor and heart. The story follows a spunky heroine waiting for her perfect match who unexpectedly collides with a rugged, devoted hero ready to prove forever starts now—blending playful mishaps, cozy vibes, and sizzling tension that builds fast and satisfying. Baxter's lighthearted prose delivers laughs, warmth, and toe-curling payoff in a quick, uplifting escape.

I loved the hero's instant, all-in devotion melting any doubts, the heroine's vibrant spirit sparking joy, and their whirlwind connection packed with banter and steamy sweetness.

While instalove tropes feel familiar, Baxter's witty voice and emotional glow make it irresistible. Overall, I’m giving Until You four stars. It’s a delightful, spicy read perfect for fans of short romances with heart.

Until You is book three of the Billionaire Cowboys series and a phenomenal addition at that. Kat Baxter seems to outdo herself with each new book she puts out, and Until You is no exception. It's beyond riveting and captivates you from start to finish.

Centered around Cora and Oliver, Cora hasn't had the easiest of lives. A lot of bad things she's had to endure, so while out drinking with friends after a job interview that didn't go well, she notices a hot cowboy, to which her besties urge her to get her that man, so she introduces herself to Oliver. After talking and dancing, one thing leads to another, which leads to some very delicious steam. That night changes everything for both of them in a big way.

A beautifully emotional read, it pulls at your heartstrings, but this is one for the romantic in all of us. I loved every second of reading this gem and I very much recommend it to anyone and everyone!! Absolutely superb!!

I loved Cora and Oliver's story. A one night stand with no names, an unexpected pregnancy and a shock realization that her one night stand is the grandson of the couple she is a live in carer for. It was heartbreaking to see what Cora had gone through in her life and that in her eyes nothing good ever lasted. A feeling that resonated so strongly with me. This was such a beautiful story and it left me crying in places. The care that Cora showed to those around her, what she did for Oliver's grandparents, showed what an amazing person she is, despite her fears. I think I can also say that we could all do with a Blankenship family in our lives, one that envelopes you with such warmth and care and you could see where Oliver got his quiet strength and presence from. I can't wait to see what this family get up to next.

Story of surprise pregnancy and small town at its best!

I would give this one 4.5 stars if I could. I cannot fully express how much I really enjoyed this story beyond that I stayed up to finish this one. This is Oliver and Cora’s story and it stars off HOT! One of the things I liked the most was how it overlapped with Book 2 and gave us a parallel POV during Mimz and Pop’s anniversary party. It is a rare feature used in interconnected stories but can be cool if properly executed.

I enjoyed this one more than Book 2. Oliver is an awesome book boyfriend. This is a short novel with a good blurb that I suggest you read to get the backstory; not fully necessary, but it helps you enjoy the story a bit more IMO.

Cora loves her job looking after Mims and Pops but she didn’t realize that their grandson is the man she had one steamy encounter with and whose baby she is carrying. She wasn’t sure how to find him but now that he has come back into her life she worries that telling him could take away the only place that has felt like home.

Oliver hasn’t forgotten about the night he spent with Cora, but he didn’t know if he would ever see again. Finding her at his grandparents’ house has him wondering why she is really there but the more time he spends with her the more he wants to give her the family and home that she deserves.

The texts between the siblings are humorous and the closeness of Oliver’s family heartwarming. Cora’s backstory is touching and Oliver is the perfect mix of sweet and swoony.

These two hooked me from the very first scene and never let go!
I’ve been curious about Oliver since he was booted from his brother’s house in the last book. He turned out to be so much more than I expected—in the best way. After a sizzling no-names, no-backstories one-night stand in a bar that left his truck windows fogged up, the real story begins.
Cora, who grew up in foster care, craves acceptance and a place to belong, while Oliver is a guarded, grumpy cowboy who’s been burned before. Their dynamic is pure magic.
The Blankenship family adds so much heart—from hilarious group texts to cousin ribbing. Kat has an incredible gift for creating found families that feel warm and real.
Absolutely loved this one!.

I really wanted to like this one but something just rubbed me the wrong way from the beginning. I am usually a fan of strong and independent FMCs but something about this one I couldn't relate to and I just stopped around the time they were getting busy. And that is usually the best part, right?!

****spoiler****

I think it was the nipple bars that turned me off. Literally. I accidentally pinch my nipples too hard and it hurts like a mofo so the thought of intentionally bringing that kind of pain leaves me cold and definitely not spicy hot. I have read some pretty spicy books and for some reason the nipple piercings on FMC made me feel like a prude. I usually enjoy this author's books and I had been looking forward to it for months so disappointment is too mild a word. I hope it's better than I think but I won't be trying this one again. maybe next book.

I usually don't care much for surprise pregnancy tropes. This story started off very slowly for me and it took me days longer to read it than it should have. But I kept with it. Once the living situations are changed up, the story started to pick up for me and I devoured the remainder of the book. Although that pregnancy remained a secret for far longer than I would have cared for. But all the heartfelt moments, the longing stares, the silent gestures that showed so much love, and Oliver's family that just glommed onto Cora from the start and welcomed her with open arms - priceless. This book made me cry so many times from how sweet and emotional and loving it and all the people in it are. Totally wrecked from it right now.

Cowboy romance.
Cora is a young woman with a complicated past, having grown up in foster care. But when she arrives in a small town with her friends, she ends up having a one-night stand with a handsome cowboy. It was supposed to be a one-night stand, but now she sees him again three months later, in a towel at her new boss's house, and with a little secret he left there three months ago.
Oliver is a solitary cowboy, wary of people interested in his family's money. So when the beautiful young woman he spotted at the bar asks him for just one night, he agrees. He didn't expect to see her again at his grandparents' house, and he has a feeling she's hiding something from him.
Will Cora and Oliver have a beautiful love story, or will Cora's secret destroy them….

This is book three in the author’s Billionaire Cowboys series and features Oliver, Henry’s (from Never Enough) brother in this return to Saddle Creek, Texas romance.

Just like ALL of her Saddle Creek stories, this book was so amazingly good! You probably won’t believe me when I tell you this but it was pretty much a super slow burn (I’m serious, no matter how it might seem in the moment) but I promise, you’re gonna fall head over heels for both MCs and you won’t even care how long it took to get you there!

You really need to check this book out for yourself and not count on this, or any other review, to give you an accurate picture of it. It’s SUCH a good book and so worth the time it’s gonna take to read it so grab it as soon as you can, you’ll be so happy you did. 4.5 stars

4.25 stars. This story is dual POV, well written, and a sweet and steamy, accidental pregnancy, one night stand to more, contemporary romance between Cora, the female in-home health aide lead, and Oliver, the male lead who is shocked to find his one night stand in his grandparents’ house. I empathised with Cora’s fears rooted in her childhood experiences. I enjoyed her matter-of-fact approach to life paired with her deeply felt emotions. I laughed at Oliver’s shocked response to Cora’s presence and enjoyed seeing him reluctantly admit how much he cared for her. I enjoyed the steamy intimate scenes. I adored Oliver’s provision for Cora’s concerns. I enjoyed the happy ending.
