The Queen: The Epic Ambition of Hillary and the Coming of a Second "Clinton Era"

Rate this book
National broadcast journalist Hugh Hewitt warns how a Clinton "reign" would damage the fundamental, foundational traditions upon which America is built.
In THE QUEEN, Hugh Hewitt's in-depth examination of the career and accomplishments -epic failures, really- of the real Hillary Clinton will show you why-after her decades of working so hard, after surviving Bill and his antics, after losing to an upstart in 2008, submerging her boiling anger and wounded pride, and after enduring the real predations of the "vast right-wing conspiracy" that has been dogging her throughout-Hillary is on the brink of achieving it all as the 2016 Democratic Presidential Nominee.
Not since the publication of The Prince by Niccolo Machiavelli 500 years ago has a member of the political opposition written so candidly about the strengths and weaknesses of the strongest member of his opposing political party.
Brilliant and insightful, THE QUEEN is simply unique among political books of our era.

Author instructing Hillary how to become Pres. by outlining each GOP contender's strength and weaknesses. Book seems as much about setting up Chelsea for her future Presidential run, perhaps even her grandchild. Telling Hillary she can't expect to ride into office on Obama's shirt tails. ((worst Presidency) like H.W. Bush did following Reagan, the best President.

A slightly tongue-in-cheek book by Hugh Hewitt. In the first half of the book, he gives the reasons why Hillary Clinton will be the Democratic nominee for 2016; she will win the presidency, and what she needs to do for our country once elected. The second half of the book is interviews with various people who do no expect her to win and the reasons why.

I am a fan of Mr. Hewitt's. He has a very informative radio show and is a great interviewer. I wanted to like this book more than I did.

Written in the style of "The Prince", this is a book for any political junkie. Mr. Hewitt offers advice on how Hillary Clinton could win the 2016 presidential election. There's a breakdown on the strengths and weaknesses of each of her opponents.

There's also a breakdown on where The Queens own faults lay. Republican candidates would do well to look at this book too....

I really didn't like this book. the first half was couched as a letter to Hillary giving her advice while pointing out her failures and lack of accomplishments. The second half was transcripts from his radio show interviews. A cheap way of filling pages in a book. I don't expect to read anymore of Hewitt's books since I wasn't impressed with the last one either.
