She isn’t just coming for Alexandra Vaughn’s company. She’s coming for her crown.
Alexandra built her empire the old way — legacy, power, precision. As one of Phoenix Ridge’s most formidable billionaire CEOs, she doesn’t lose control. She doesn’t bend. And she certainly doesn’t fall for her enemies.
Then Simone Rousseau launches a ruthless hostile takeover.
Brilliant. Calculated. Internationally feared. Simone has made a career out of dismantling empires like Alexandra’s — and she wants the throne.
Boardrooms become battlefields. Negotiations turn into psychological warfare. Every strategic strike is personal.
But beneath the razor-sharp suits and carefully measured attacks, something far more dangerous ignites.
Simone is the first woman who matches Alexandra’s intellect — and her ice. Alexandra is the only opponent Simone has ever wanted… instead of defeated.
As the takeover escalates and two Ice Queens collide, desire blurs the line between enemy and equal.
Because the closer they get to destroying each other’s empires…
…the harder it becomes not to surrender.
When Ice Queens Collide is a high-heat, high-stakes sapphic enemies-to-lovers romance

Oh boy this is one very intense and heat inspiring read!
Emily Hayes has her work cut out for her with these two ice queens sparing to the finish! What wonderful characters, deeply evolved and intense. The situation nearly drove me crazy but I persevered and was rewarded with highly emotional scenes. The temperature in my home rose and dropped then rose again and again! Whoosh so much heat! I loved it!
When I’m reading, I usually get bored quickly with POV-style writing. I prefer books with more conversations and interactions between characters. At the beginning of this book, I thought it was going to be another boring read that would take me days to finish—but I was wrong.
The story and the way it was written were so catchy and, for me, incredibly smart. I honestly didn’t expect to get emotional, but I ended up crying toward the end. I completely fell in love with this book.
What a cute love story. I loved the characters and the storyline. Support the author’s books and make sure you leave your reviews. Thank you for using Kindle Unlimited.
I love everything by this author. It's laugh out loud funny, heartfelt, and relatable. The characters are amazing. Can't wait to read all of her books.
One of my favorites of this series so far, I wish there was more communication as in, actual dialogue, between Simone and Alexandra- but it was still really good!
