From Amazon bestselling author Luna Pierce comes Dangerous Haven - a standalone dark romance and book one in the Brothers of Sin series. From the first reckless kiss to a wildfire of forbidden desire, Dangerous Haven draws you into a shadowed world where survival means risking everything... especially your heart.
London Gardella is running; broken, bruised, and desperate for safety. When she arrives in New York City, she’s clinging to the last hope she has left; finding sanctuary with a stranger who wants nothing to do with her.
Archer Sin is a reclusive billionaire hacker—tattooed, brooding, and razor-sharp— he thrives in the shadows. He reluctantly agrees to keep her safe, but only if she follows his two rules:
No touching his computers.
No falling in love.
Archer’s inked fingers rarely leave his keyboards, but his eyes never stop watching London… stalking her every move, sparking a fire neither can ignore. Then comes a reckless, forbidden kiss.
Rules shatter. Walls crumble. Desire ignites.
Trust is a risk neither can afford, but survival means facing the truth: sometimes, the safest haven is the most dangerous place of all.
3/5⭐⭐⭐ ────୨ৎ──── This book left me with genuinely mixed feelings ,one of those books I can't say I liked, but can't say I disliked either. There was just so much cringe. The nicknames ("Little Tornado," "Big Boy") made me die a little inside every time, and scenes like the dress shop moment had me staring into space from secondhand embarrassment. The bomb box confession and the movie-inspired ending didn't help either , I wish those moments had felt more original instead of copying such recognizable scenes.
Archer was a mixed bag too. Likable in flashes, but incredibly childish for a supposedly 30-year-old billionaire. His pettiness with his siblings was fun sometimes, but often just too much.
Underneath the cringe, there's a cast of siblings I could actually see myself loving. I just hope future books lean harder into the family dynamics and dial back the secondhand embarrassment. Overall this book was not bad but just too cringe for my liking Thank you for NetGalley for providing me with this ARC in exchange of an honest review🫶🏼✨
"You want the world to fucking burn? I’ll light the match. You have me—mind, body, and soul—in this life and the next. A million times over.”
Little Tornado!! 🌪️🖤
I just finished my second read, and somehow I loved it even more. The audiobook was done great, it had duet narration and I enjoyed it!
The story starts off with London escaping her abusive father after he’s arranged to marry her off, and she ends up at Archer’s house. They can’t stand each other at first, so it’s a delicious slow-burn, forced proximity romance.
Archer is absolutely unhinged in the best way. He’s obsessive, possessive, grumpy and has OCD traits that make his routines and fixation on London even more delicious. And the stalking? Next level. Every time another man even looked at her, talked to her, take her on a date, or dance with her.. Archer would magically appear to mess things up. 😮💨
One of my favorite parts of this book was the found family. Archer’s siblings, Leo and Seven, completely stole the my attention. Seven is literally the cutest little psycho and had me laughing every time he was on the page. 😂
I seriously hope L. Peirce writes interconnected standalones for the siblings. I’m dying for Seven’s story, and Leo has me so intrigued. He seems completely obsessed with the girl who was stolen money from him, and I need to know how far that obsession goes.
This one had slow burn, forced proximity obsessive, possessive MMC, Found family, morally gray psychos …this one is definitely worth the read.
~Currently on my second re-read~ I read this last year and enjoyed it! Today I got the ARC audiobook. its duet narration 10% and it's even better the second time!
✨️ ARC REVIEW ✨️ Dangerous Haven by Luna Pierce Audiobook release date: September 22nd September 2026 Thoughts I can't lie I ate this up! I feel like I've stopped picking up dark romance reads as much (unintentionally) that when I find one that checks all my boxes I find myself missing this genre a lot!
I was invested in this from the very first page, the plot pacing, the characters, I just know I'm gonna get attached to them by the time this series ends! On that note the next book is Leo Sin's book and I can't wait but I'm secretly hoping we get Seven's book! 🙏🏻✨️
One thing I absolutely loved about this author's writing as a first reading experience with her is how layered and complex the characters were written, especially Archer, for me he's a green flag despite his dark past, the been through a lot, closed off but selfless af kind, I actually felt bad for him in certain scenes💔
London on the other hand; look I love fiercely hot headed FMCs but the fact that it got to a point where Archer had to actually tell her you thought of yourself while I sacrifed myself for you😭 -- that was my girl fuck off point -- like I know you've been through hell and think you know best but sometimes you don't🙄😒
Also; I was lowkey hoping the angst phase would last longer but the dude went out and brought her stuff and he remembered the dress that she wanted like seriously????😭❤️🩹🫠
Oh and I'm happy to report back that I highlighted over 60+ lines 😂 so it definitely delivered in terms of dialogues ❤️🔥 ~Available on KU ~
““You can wreck my life anytime, my little tornado.” “Shut up and kiss me, big guy.”

⌗ ── 🔪🍋🟩🐈⬛ᝰ .ᐟ pre-read. grumpy x sunshine and he's a billionare hacker? uhm, okay girl, you got meeeeeeeeee, here we go!
thanks to netgalley, arndell and luna pierce for an arc in exchange of an honest review!
the chemistry, tension and forbidden romance had me INVESTED. my only issue was the miscommunication because why were we making everything 10x harder than it needed to be when y’all could’ve just TALKED 😭 but honestly, aside from that, i had such a good time reading this. Archer had me in a chokehold and i ate up every second of their tension. definitely recommend if you love dark romance with a protective, broody mmc!!
Dnf’d at 85%. That fucking close. Cue a shitload of Unnecessary Misunderstanding Trope.
It’s pissing me off so bad rn because I was having the time of my life reading about a guy who always puts his girl first. These stupid ass hoes don’t talk first of all, like zero communication and I get it cuz of their backstory. But it gets a to certain point you know. What triggered me the most is that Archer was so obsessively protective even at the most trivial of things. But then Madison the ungrateful lying hoe SHOOTS London and he wants to go get some closure?????? I get he was wound up crazy grieved about her dying but honestly when you find out that the bitch you been moping over for years and how they influenced your life with their deception, I would think it snaps you out of your bullshit and into a deleting spree. Ama yok Alas a girl can dream Here I expected he would go and string her up in typical bad boy fashion and torture her and then bring London over and they would torture her together and then dance over her mutilated corpse. Why else is this even a mafia book??? Everyone judges Seven but I like him cuz he wouldn’t have let that shit slide if someone crossed Grace(I hope). And then there was no mention of how London was a victim too and her scars and Archer was particularly chill about it for a mafia guy with anger and control issues. I expected the whole works, “Who did this to you” and such. And dont even get me started on Ivy, she was so annoying and pick me at those “family dinners” also the way she exposed London just further proves it because that hoe was having a hard time accepting anything other than her holier than thou self was able to get through with Archer and she didn’t have any sway over him like that. She could’ve confronted London herself if she really wanted to protect Archer but all she wanted to do was ruin something good he had and walk in like a saviour later with her incessant nagging and calling that was never much help to Archer.
So much potential and all went to shit cuz until 75% mark it was a 6/5 stars for me.

Look, should I have known how stupid it would be based off the name alone? Probably! Will I stop listening to tik tok reccomendations? Unfortunately no but I’ll keep complaining about them
2.5 stars Unfortunately, this book was not for me… I was given an ALC and an ARC. There was too much back-and-forth and way too many breakups for me to be satisfied. The narrators were alright, but not my favorite.
I realized the “little tornado” nickname for the FMC threw me off, and then it was in the book a lot more— which took me out of the story very frequently.
There were some tropes that I liked, for example the found family, wealthy MMC, crime network connections. But it felt unbelievable that a band of people who started with literally NOTHING are billionaires when they’re in their 20s/30s.
I think I would like a story more if it was from the point of view of another sibling like Seven. If there is another book in the series like that, I may want to give it another chance. Thank you to the publisher and author for the advanced copies
Thank you to NetGalley and the publisher for the audiobook ARC in exchange for an honest review.
Dangerous Haven completely pulled me in from the start. It was the perfect mix of dark, sexy, and emotional, with just enough suspense to keep me wanting to know what would happen next.
One of my favorite things about this book was the characters. I loved both the FMC and the MMC, and watching their relationship develop made all the emotional moments hit even harder. They had great chemistry, but I also appreciated the vulnerability they showed throughout the story. The supporting cast deserves a mention too because they weren’t just there to fill space—they genuinely added depth to the story and made the world feel more complete.
The audiobook was a great way to experience this one. The narration captured the tension, the emotional moments, and the chemistry between the characters, making it easy to stay invested from beginning to end.
If you’re looking for a dark romance that brings the heat while still delivering plenty of heart, Dangerous Haven is definitely worth picking up.
The book could have gotten 5 stars if the whole killing Joe Vito scene wasn’t so confusing. Not to show my stupidity but was anyone else confused as to why Archer basically broke up with London when she went to go kill Joe or was it just me? They were both there for the same exact reason to end his life but he got his panties in a bunch for some fucking reason and declared he hated her for betraying him. Mind you he was literally turning himself over to the Manor family to confess he broke the treaty. KNOWING IT WAS GONNA END WITH HIM DYING now by the grace of oil he managed to slip through death all because he signed over his life and had info on Madison cool right? NO! What if he died right there? He didn’t tell London nor his siblings what he was doing so if the Manor family said fuck his offering the Sin family plus London would be none the wiser Archer is dead. But of course let’s get mad at London for trying to kill the man threatening her freedom and the man she loves life. As if he also didn’t communicate a plan he had and literally showed up to also kill Joe Vito. I really did like the book I promise but that one scene really made me confused and irritated due to the fact I couldn’t truly grasp why the fuck Archer felt betrayed by London’s actions to kill Joe Vito. Then to wait 5 weeks of no communication to then break a wall with a sledgehammer to talk to her………….could have been avoided but romantic gestures and all woo hoo!!!!

This book would have been better if the heroine had died when her shit father stabbed her. 😪 Her stupidity was too fucking infuriating. The first view chapters were really entertaining and I was looking forward to the rest but the constant lack of communication and their inability to talk about their issues and fix them was annoying. Even Archer and his brothers have no communication at all! Like seriously, what are you people doing?
This books is definitely a 5/5 ⭐️. It usually takes me a few chapter to get into a story or at least a good 30% into the book but with this one I was hooked from the first chapter. London is a total queen, the way she was always so sassy and never truly scared of any of them was perfect, her story was super sad but she is the true definition of rising up from the ashes like a phoenix. Archer I truly fell in love with him from chapter one, the way this man was so caring even though he was a little grumpy and always annoyed with everyone most of all London 😂, also this man is smart, like scary smart but we always love it! I liked the way Archer and London has so much chemistry since the first chapter, that’s usually so rare in a book and I love Luna for giving us that, yes they bicker a lot but the chemistry was always there.
This is the third book I read by Luna and I swear I’m in love with her work, she always gives the right amount of action, drama, love and most importantly spice! Please continue to write amazing books Luna, you have a reader for life now.
Really enjoyed this book. Wasn’t as dark as I thought it would be. The banter was so good. They literally didn’t stop till the end, and I love that. 😂🩷
This was my first time reading a Luna Pierce book and it did not disappoint! I had such a fun time reading Dangerous Haven! I love dark romances and throughout the book I found that I was engaged with the plot and was keen to see where the story was going.
The main characters, Archer and London, are both such fun characters to read with unique personalities. Archer is the most adorable grumpy boy! I loved his darkness but also how protective of London he was. I also loved the combination of him being a neat freak and London being the chaotic messy girl she is! London leaving Archer’s apartment a mess was hilarious 😂
I particularly enjoyed the side characters in this book. They were actually so much fun, and I really hope they all get books as well! I think my favourite is Seven 🥰 I love a hot unhinged psycho! Grace needs to stop kidding herself and just get with him already 😆 I can’t wait for their book!!
Now that I’ve finished Dangerous Haven I need more of the Sin brothers! 😭 I can’t wait for the next book (Twisted Enemy) to come out! I’m super excited for Leo’s book! 😍
I both read and listened to Dangerous Haven! The narrators, M.K. Blackwood and Kayden Lukakis did a fantastic job of bringing the story to life in the audiobook version! Both narrators were very entertaining to listen to! 🤗
Tropes in this one include: 🖤 Dark romance 💜 Found family 🖤 Grumpy x sunshine 💜 Forced proximity 🖤 Billionaire MMC
I 100% recommend this to anyone who loves or wants to try a dark billionaire romance!
Thank you so much NetGalley and Arndell publishing for the ARC and ALC of Dangerous Haven.
Archer Sin is the perfect mix of golden retriever energy and unhinged obsession. The man is absolutely obsessed with London, and once he decides she’s his person it’s very much touch her and die.
Luna Pierce absolutely nailed the intimacy in this book. I wish more romance authors wrote spice like this. There was actual buildup. They talked. They checked in with each other. It didn’t feel like the story slammed on the gas just to get to the spicy scene, and I really appreciated that. This is one of the more consent positive romances I’ve read.
I did have to suspend my disbelief a little with the billionaire lifestyle, but that’s honestly part of the fun of billionaire romance. A few moments pulled me out of the story, but not enough to take away from my overall enjoyment.
Also, definitely check the trigger warnings. London’s trauma and the abuse from her father are a huge part of the story and aren’t just there for background.
The audiobook is in duet narration, which is always a win for me. The performances fit the characters well.
If you’re looking for a billionaire romance with forced proximity, roommates to lovers, a protective hacker MMC, and an author who actually lets the relationship breathe before nailing the spice, pun intended, I’d definitely recommend giving this one a listen.
Thank you to NetGalley, Arndell, and Luna Pierce for the ALC.

What a wild ride this book was!! I started it yesterday and couldn’t put it down, the banter was bantering harddddd and the push and pull vibes between Archer and London was amazing. Would have love too see more from both their past trauma but overall it was an captivating story 💜🖤
Archer and London captured me from the beginning and would not let me go.
The chemistry they share was of the charts. But what really got me was the complexity of them. They were each so different.
London is feisty, challenging, sarcastic and such a charismatic FMC but at her heart she is so strong in a way that few every have to be. She is a survivor! She is what it means when someone says don’t let the past define you. And through it all (without spoiling anything)was still willing to sacrifice the good she finally found for love.
Archer… oh Archer. He is everything you could want in a Grumpy Billionaire Bad Boy! Sexy, tattooed, funny, and giving touch her and die vibes. His trauma/loss had pushed him away from everyone including his family( who are so complex and can’t wait to read more about, especially Seven😉) Yet London arrives on his door step a complete mess and turns his neat world upside down. Yet he can’t turn her away. Oh I forget to mention he’s a hacker!!! Give me ten immediately.
I was blessed to receive the ARC and could not have been happier with this book. Luna does it again!! Another banger
this book gave me emotional whiplash from start to finish.
archer and london's relationship was all over the place. one second they were screaming at each other, and the next he was braiding her hair like nothing happened. for people who are fully grown adults (archer is literally thirty), they acted like they were in high school. their entire dynamic was basically, "no babe... look at me... this isn't you," and i could not take it seriously.
it didn't help that archer was still hung up on his ex while insisting london couldn't fall in love with him, yet he was crashing her dates, making her go out with him, and sending the most mixed signals imaginable. there was no real progression in their relationship—they just bounced between hot and cold for the entire book.
and honestly, archer wasn't much better on his own. this man was jerking off to the thought of london within, like, a day of meeting her. i'm sorry, but what the fuck? i was immediately weirded out. his constant fights with his siblings were also so juvenile that i had to keep reminding myself this man was thirty.
and please, for the love of god, can we stop mentioning how tiny london is? every other page it was "she's so small," "her hands are so tiny compared to mine," "she's so little." we get it. she's a smol freaking bean. enough already.
don't even get me started on the nicknames. "little tornado" and "big boy" were so forced and unbearably cringe that i physically recoiled every time they came up.
i was also so confused by some of the side characters. silver was introduced as if he was this major person in both archer's and london's lives, but we never get any context about who he is or how either of them knows him. he's a pretty key character at the beginning, and then... he just disappears. we literally never see him again besides one short phone call.
the one thing i actually did enjoy was archer's angry love confession. it reminded me of 10 things i hate about you, which was honestly really cute.
that being said, i'm way more interested in the other brothers' stories. seven and grace already have way more chemistry and personality than archer and london ever did, and even leo and the thief (pretty sure they're endgame) seem like they'll have a much more entertaining storyline. i'll definitely keep reading the series—but mostly because i'm hoping everyone else's books are better.
This was such a great start to the Brothers of Sin series! I was hooked from the beginning and couldn't stop reading.
Archer was everything I wanted in a protective, possessive MMC. The minute he asked London, "Who hurt you?" I knew he was exactly my kind of MMC. From that moment on, he was determined to keep her safe, and if something stood between him and London, he wouldn't hesitate to break down doors and walls to get to her. Add in the fact that he's a billionaire hacker who always seems to know what's going on, and I was completely hooked.
The chemistry between Archer and London was so good, and the spice? Let's just say it was 🔥🔥🔥.
One of my favorite parts of this book was getting to know the entire Sin family. I loved all the sibling interactions, and now I'm dying to read the rest of their stories. I'm especially hoping Seven and Grace are next because I already need their book.
This was the perfect mix of suspense, romance, and protective alpha energy, and I can't wait to see what Luna Pierce has planned for the rest of the Brothers of Sin series.
Thank you Keeperton / Arndell for providing me this ALC / eARC before release day. The audiobook narration was great and I loved to do immersive read on this one.

First of all, thank you so much Arndell and Luna for both the ARC and the ALC! I absolutely loved everything about this story and I need more 😩 London is an absolute badass and I love the how she overcame everything she went through, however, I don’t love the way she messed up, but I support women’s rights and wrongs 👀 Archer is an absolute cutie pie and I loved how he treated London, though he is a sensitive man and definitely overreacts at times, but I get it and it’s ok🙂↕️
I love a mafia book and this was so good! Archer is our MMC who quit the life after his gf died years ago. London is the broken and bruised daughter of a mafia boss who escaped with no money and a fake name. Their banter is so good - I am obsessed with the one liners in this book. I did some audio and some eyeball reading and honestly loved both options. I’m so happy with the ending - Archer is totally unhinged and I love it. Leo and Seven are going to be such good stories! Cannot wait. Thank you to Arndell for the ARC/ALC. I really enjoyed the ALC - the narrators were so good! Archer was so downbad for our girl - it was perfect.
