Rate this book
I had a ring and a plan until my baby daddy walked back into my life.

Five years ago, I met Hayden Scott.

Legendary college football coach. Broad shoulders. Dangerous smile.

I was the star volleyball player who made him break his own rules.

We hid it. Craved it. Let it burn too hot.

When the rumors started, he left town to save his career.

I finished college. Pregnant. Determined to survive.

Now I’m the head athletic trainer for an NFL team.

And Hayden steps onto the field as the new coach, staring like he never forgot.

I tell myself I’m stronger. But every look feels loaded.

He reads me instantly, watches my back like it’s instinct and looks at me like I’m already his.

I let him back in.

But this time, there’s more at stake.

Because if Hayden finds out I kept his son a secret, I don’t just risk my career…

I risk losing the only man who ever owned my heart.

Silverfox Score is a steamy standalone, enemies to lovers, forced proximity, secret baby, age gap, football workplace romance with a guaranteed HEA!

This is Hayden and Sydney’s story.
Five years previously Hayden was a legendary football coach, while Sydney was the star volleyball player, and their relationship was secret, until rumours started, and he left town to save his career, and she was left to survive. Now Sydney is a single mom to her adorable little boy, and she is a head athletics trainer for a NFL team, and she is shocked when Hayden arrives as the new coach. The sparks fly between them but how will he react to her secret?
This is a well written emotional roller coaster, with family, friendship, tension, betrayal, secrets, workplace romance, enemies / lovers, redemption, second chances, an age gap, survival, undeniable chemistry, and love, which leads to an entertaining, sports romance.
I look forward to reading more from this talented author whose work I highly recommend.

Sydney is the head trainer for an NFL team. She's engaged to the team manager. Then she meets the teams new head coach and life as she knows it shifts under her feet.

Hayden is a former football player and coach. He's no stranger to scandals. Now he's trying to advance his career by coaching an NFL team. When a small child crashes into him on the field his first day, he doesn't expect to see his ex. She was the one he walked away from to protect himself when scandal hit. She was a student and college athlete. He was a professor and coach on campus. They were never suppose to happen. But when he left, and refused her attempts to contact him, he did not know what he was leaving behind. Now he's looking at a child he does not know is his and the woman he wants more than he thinks he should.

Knox knows how to write a sports romance.

There were lots of emotions involved in this story. Old loves, past betrayals, crooked and scary management, a vengeful ex-fiancé, and an adorable and adoring little boy. Sydney had become a successful head athletic trainer for a pro football team, all while being a single mom to cute 4-year-old Jackson. Sydney was shocked when she saw who the new head coach was – her former boyfriend Hayden Scott – and undisclosed father of her son. Electricity still crackled between them. The stakes were higher this time because they both could lose their jobs, and they almost did. I liked that the book described the most unusual wedding I have ever heard of. So, get your favorite football jersey on and enjoy this enjoyable spicy, age gap, workplace, football romance.

“Silverfox Score” by Rosie Knox

-An emotional second-chance football romance where Sydney, a strong single mom and head athletic trainer, reunites with Hayden, her former love—now the team’s head coach and secret father of her son. I received a free copy copy and am voluntarily sharing my honest thoughts about the story.

Old betrayals, workplace tension, and a vengeful ex raise the stakes as chemistry still crackles between them. Hayden’s steady devotion and little Jackson’s sweetness add heart to the drama and spice.

A gripping standalone filled with angst, strength, and a hard-earned happily ever after.

Sydney is the head athletic trainer for an NFL team and engaged to the GM. Her world threatens to explode when the new coach is none other than her ex. Five years ago they were involved in college and it resulted in a scandal as he was a coach and she was a student. He completely ghosted her after the scandal. Now her secret is sure to be exposed. Her son is his. Passion heats up after she breaks off her engagement. But will a new scandal be the end of both of their careers? This was such an intense romance. Loved every bit. Amongst the passion we had two villains to hate. It made for a great story. I voluntarily reviewed an Advanced Reader Copy of this book provided by the publisher.

This story has it all from age gap to second chances along with secret babies and workplace romance all tied around a story about redemption and finally getting the one that got away. It is a well written story that had me all caught up in the drama and cheering Hayden and Sydney on to finally getting their chance for happiness in spite of the ex-making head ways.

First of all Thank You to Rosie Knox for the ARC copy of Silverfox Score. I really enjoyed the story of second chance love between Head Athletic Trainer Sydney and Head Coach Hayden. Of course there are bumps in the round and drama for the couple and their Seattle Football team but the HEA is perfect. As a football fan myself I especially enjoyed this one! I would definitely recommend.

I voluntarily review an ARC.
This is a really good second chance / age gap / secret child romance. I liked the storyline and the loveable and despicable characters. I'm not convinced that a strawberry blonde can become a silverfox, but maybe I just haven't met one yet.

I read this without knowing what it was about after receiving an ARC. I absolutely loved this and it is my kind of book! I also love a standalone.

This was a well written book with a great plot, turn of events and a dual POV, which I love. I didn't want it to end. The strength of the FMC is what makes you love her and hope that everything works out for her. I was absolutely seething as Liam's character developed, making me want to punch him through the book. The way the MMC handles things makes you question how things are going to turn out, but you can't help but to just love him and hope he does the right thing. Annie is the friend that everyone needs in their life. Absolutely recommend if you love a romance book and a second-chance true love.
