CODE BLUE: A Medical Thriller

Rate this book
Dr. Lauren Brooks thought she was saving lives. She didn’t know she was stepping into a trap.
When a seemingly routine heart attack patient dies at Cypress General Hospital, Lauren notices details that don’t add up—medication orders she never wrote, monitor failures no one can explain, and anonymous warnings that someone is watching her.
As she digs deeper, Lauren crosses paths with resident Luke Morales, whose damaged reputation hides his own reasons to distrust the system. Together, they uncover hints of a deadly scheme buried inside hospital protocols—one that rewards certain deaths and punishes anyone who asks too many questions.
Careers are threatened, patients keep dying, and Lauren realizes the next life on the line could be her own. To expose the truth, she will have to risk everything, including the fragile connection growing between her and Luke.
CODE BLUE is a pulse-pounding medical thriller set in the chaos of modern American healthcare, perfect for fans of Robin Cook, Freida McFadden, and Tess Gerritsen.
