Great book can't wait to read more books by this author

This is my second read by this author.... color me suitably impressed and enamored with his writing style! This an author that has worked at perfecting his craft... his writing possesses a blend of sureness/maturity... a richness that comes across effortlessly... much to the delight of the reader. This author delivers a great read by taking up his pen and painting words, layer after layer, until you find yourself reveling within his artistic vision.
This story explodes off the first page... intense, but alternately revealing the soft underbelly of both characters... establishing them at once as likeable. The author firmly sets them to walk along their path... presenting them with challenges... as they leave behind individual journeys and begin a shared voyage, heading towards fulfilling their growing passion and love for another. We are introduced to Brandon... the inexperienced young man, without a family or a place to call home... and then, Rick... the older, established man who is a cop by profession and a Dom within his personal life. You will experience their characters, their needs and wants driving them... you will feel the pull and react in empathy as the outside world attempts to impact/destroy their unfolding relationship... but never fear... there is an HEA within sight!
You can expect to find this beautifully done with a artistic hand... it's rythm flows with an admirable ease. It contains, at times, a darker view of life... in places so heart wrenching that it steals your breath away.... but the whole while demanding that the reader pause, feel and give thought! In short.... excellent author..... excellent read!

Omg..I found another fantastic series to follow for this amazing author. Tottally Auto-clicking them. Rick and Brandon are fantastic together with hot 🔥 sizzles. Things are not all roses as a fellow cop makes trouble for Rick, along with thugs to deal with.
Brandon (18 yrs) was under attack by thugs beaten he ends up in hospital.
His rescuer was Officer Rick had found him lying on the ground. Brandon was a submissive with no dominant looking out for him when he went into the club and left.
Rick (32 yrs) offers him a safe place to stay and lets it slip he was a dom with a sub.
