This has to be the best book that I've ever read about maintaining fitness in the Indian Context. The most wholesome book, complete from mindfulness to diets. I found it contradictory to some of my earlier impressions, but then this book doesn't train you for endurance events, so naturally, it had to be different.
Can't wait to put all the stuff into action!

It's a decent book for fitness nerds but didn't quite enjoy the writing style. More a collection of transformation stories than a coherent piece of writing. Still, you can pick up some useful fitness advice from here.

First off all I want to thank to Kris Gethin for coming to India, investing his time in deep study of Indian habit of food eating & available resources (ie Vegetarian food).

This Book is awesome. It has all the necessary information required for transformation.
I must say Kris Gethin is very well informed about everything in body building & he knows exactly what he is saying.

Earlier in his transformation plan mainly diet consist of non-veg which is not easily available in India.
But in this book he has very well studied Indian food & listed down more than 30 recipes which can be easily available in Indian market and one can get as per his/her convenience.

This book is divided into 3 section
Motivation
Diet
Work-out

Motivation
This section is full of motivational stories of few, who suffered from improper body shape & weight.
How they overcome their weakness by high motivation, commitment, hard work & strong desire to achieve what they thought.

Along with these stories Kris very well narrated his point to reach at level where one can achieve what he desire to be.

Diet (Nutrition plan & Recipes

In this section he listed down some Veg & Non Veg recipes (More veg recipes considering more Indians are vegetarian) with complete detail of cooking process.

Work out (Exercise Plan)

In this section he detailed about 10 Week body transformation program listing all the workout both physical & mental, adding meditation to his program as it was earlier not present in his other transformation program.

Later he also detailed all the physical workout technique which will help doing it correctly.

At last I should thank again to Kris Gethin for writing this book.
Those who are really focused & want some change in their body, in their life, this book will help a lot.

A must read to everyone.

Call it bro science but Kris Gethin speaks with some conviction. A lot of emphasis is given on medication and commitment. The later half of the book covers mostly cover Indian recipes.
