E.W. Silver (Elle) writes dark urban fantasy and paranormal romances where the stakes are high, the shadows are deep, and the romance is inevitable. Obsessed with fated mates, "touch him and die" energy, and the messy beauty of broken characters, Silver’s stories are built for readers who like their magic gritty and their spice high-heat.
When not wandering the dangerous streets of Shadow Haven, Silver is likely collecting aesthetic inspiration for Mark and Caster or plotting the next 10 books in the series.

I’m not someone who DNFs easily, but I just couldn’t get into this one.

I wanted to try something outside of my normal, and I haven’t read anything supernatural in about 15 years. Unfortunately though, I just couldn’t get into this. I think that it was also in 3rd person didn’t help for me.

I may try and give this another chance in the future because the concept sounded intriguing but for now I’m going to have to drop it.

This book is everything I love about paranormal romance. It is emotional, dark, magical, and absolutely fantastic. The world building in this book was incredible. While reading, you don't have to think about how the world would look because it is described so well it automatically puts the picture in your mind so you can focus on the story. I love it when an author can make that happen. This story deals with strong emotional topics so heed the trigger warnings.

Mark is a werewolf that has been unable to transform into his wolf form for a decade after an attack from a dark witch. After being summoned by the Crown Prince of the vampires, his brother, the Prime Alpha, and himself answer the summons where Mark meets Caster. Caster is the Crown Prince of the vampires and seeks help from the wolves to fight the witch that is the cause of Mark's struggle. Mark, looking for vengeance against the witch is ready to fight but he was not prepared for how Caster makes his wolf come out of hiding. I loved how the relationship unfolds between Mark and Caster. The bdsm elements within and how that dynamic plays a healing part within them.

The cliffhanger left me with my jaw on the ground and begging for more. So many questions I still need answers to and I definitely need to see how this story will end.

Mark, Head of Security for the Werewolf Council. Caster, Head of the Vampire Council.
The two never should of been together, but fate seemed to have other plans.

Mark hasn’t recovered from losing the wolf he adored. Brutally murdered by a witch. Mark has been hunting her for ten years with no luck. When the vampires want the wolfs help with finding the witch, Mark and Caster are brought together.

I liked that there was so much mystery to the story that was revealed slowly. Bloody, violent, and yet tender.

Heavy on the dominate/submissive aspect and the use of magic to find the witch.

Interesting storytelling. Very strong personalities. Spicy, spicy, times

Doozy of a cliffhanger.

Everything Everyday For Eternity by EW Silver.

Mark sets out with his brother to avenge a loved one, only to unexpectedly fall for Caster — reluctantly at first!

Caster is equally reluctant to let their connection become something more, but as they battle the Witch and fight to prevent a war, their bond becomes impossible to deny.

The HEA is especially satisfying because both men fight their growing attraction before finally surrendering to the inevitable.

The writing is strong and engaging, pulling me in from the very first page.
A riveting dark romance.

Everything, Every Day for Eternity is a excellent start to a dark romance set between two polar opposites tailored to fulfill each other’s wants and desires against the backdrop of a bloody, gloomy magic fueled war.
The niche Everything carves out in the supernatural fantasy space contains plentiful political drama, emotional time bombs, and well planned heaps of interpersonal tension. Brothers, protectors, parents, and mortal enemies are all tossed into a war that could end one of their species. Lucky for us, these relationships are turned on their heads for better and for worse.
When you distill it down, Mark and Caster are second in command (or nearly) for their community’s throne and with that comes proximity to the most magically and politically powerful people in their lives. Our werewolf MC has lived through one of the worst experiences one can at the hands of a dastardly dark witch who is gaining so much power she threatens all of supernatural kind. Our born-vampire MC Caster is tasked with maintaining a fragile alliance with the werewolves while collaborating on finding the witch’s off switch. Neither of our MCs anticipate the sudden and irretractable draw they experience when they are in each other’s space. Each step these communities take in shutting the witch down eventually unearths more details about the upper echelon vampires’ past with the witch and excavates new moments from before the witch tore Mark’s world apart. The pacing for discovery is excellent and the escalating bond between our MCs erupts into pleasant bits of spice along the way. The spice falls away to make way for major plot beats the last quarter of the book, which services the story.
I am eager to read the next book in the Shadow Haven series, especially since this story sets up a world with so many moving parts. I hope in the next book, the supporting characters are described in more detail, given more backstory or references to a backstory, and evidence of their past interactions with our main characters are given more time at center stage. There were some points in this book where I forgot who a side character was in relation to others beyond where on the supernatural kaleidoscope they fell. Yes, they are a vampire/werewolf/witch but who are they to our MC’s? The queen and Dean are given ample time in the spotlight compared to other characters, so I look forward to learning about everyone else.

Ahhh! When I spotted this cover, I literally died - I just had to know what this book was all about.
I hadn't read this author before and so had nothing else to go off, but I just knew that it was going to be a bit of me!

So, this is actually the first book in the Shadow Haven series and let me tell you, it was a chonky one.
However, I was just so caught up in everything this had to offer, that I didn't even notice the pages flying by!

This tells the story of Mark and Caster.
Both with much responsibility to their own clans but when a mission brings the wolves and the vampires together, the pair meet and everything changes.

I absolutely loved that this story gradually unfolded between the past and present.
Mark, weighed down by his grief and in need of revenge for the past, comes together with the head of the Vampire council to hunt down the witch responsible.

It was obvious that the pair had such chemistry and as much as they fought their feelings, it seemed inevitable that they would come together and become unstoppable.

As much as I loved this spicy romance storyline, it was nice to see that the underlying plot had real substance too and I was completely invested in both aspects of this read.

The writing was immersive and I honestly struggled to put this one down, racing through this much quicker than I'd expected.

The world building was really well done, weaving it within the storylines and I'm sure that there could be potential for more next book.

The ending though had me screaming into my cushion! I can't believe that I have to wait to find out what happens next ....
I am going to be so impatient now until I can get my hands on the next part of the story ...let's hope it doesn't take too long.

Book Rating:⭐ 3.75/5

I enjoyed this book overall. I went in expecting a paranormal romance, but it ended up having some emotional depth and a bit more political tension than I expected. Mark and Caster’s connection was intense right from the start, but what really got me was how much grief, healing, and vulnerability sat underneath their relationship. Mark especially broke my heart. The way he carried so much pain and loss for years made it so satisfying watching him slowly open back up again.

Caster was such a good contrast to him, too. He is powerful, controlled, and used to carrying the weight of responsibility, but around Mark, all of those walls start slipping, and I am such a sucker for that type of stuff lol.

The supernatural politics, the witch storyline, and the history between all the different groups kept things interesting and gave the world a lot more depth. At times, I did struggle a little keeping track of some of the side characters and wanted more development there, but overall, I still found the world really immersive. I do wish I had gotten a bit more angst, as I feel these characters could have given a bit more at times.

The ending definitely left me wanting more, even though it was a bit abrupt, and I am really curious to see where the series goes next. Overall, this was emotional and packed with enough romance and paranormal tension to keep me hooked the whole way through.

Thank you to The Author Agency and the author for the opportunity to read Everything, Every Day for Eternity by E.W. Silver.

This was an emotionally driven MM paranormal romance with vampires, grief, healing, and forbidden love at the center of the story.

I genuinely liked both of the main characters and thought the overall premise had a lot of potential. Mark carried a lot of emotional pain throughout the story, while Caster brought a more controlled and powerful energy that balanced the dynamic between them well.

Their connection had some really emotional moments, and I did enjoy the atmosphere of the world overall.

That being said, while I appreciated the characters and plot, this ended up being one of those books that I liked more than I loved.

I never fully struggled to get through it, but at the same time, it didn’t completely pull me in emotionally the way I hoped it would. It’s the type of read where I can acknowledge the strong elements in the story while also knowing it personally didn’t become a favorite for me.

I think readers who enjoy:
🖤 MM paranormal romance
🖤 Vampires and wolves
🖤 Emotional healing arcs
🖤 Forbidden romance
🖤 Character-focused stories
🖤 Slower emotional tension

may connect with this more than I did personally.

ARC REVIEW (mild spoilers)

I really enjoyed this story. It follows Mark, a werewolf shifter who hasn’t been able to call on his wolf since a tragedy years ago.... until he meets Caster, the vampire prince. There’s something about Caster that helps Mark reconnect with his wolf again, and it was genuinely beautiful to watch unfold.

I felt the connection between Mark and Caster immediately, and I loved seeing their relationship grow throughout the story. Their dynamic felt emotional, tender, and compelling from the very beginning.

At times, I found parts of the main plot slightly confusing, but I think that came down more to my personal reading style not fully matching the writing style. Occasionally, I struggled to tell which character was in a scene until dialogue clarified it. Even so, that didn’t take away from how much I enjoyed the overall story and the world the author has created.

The storyline feels thoughtfully planned, with a clear sense of direction for the series. I’m especially excited to see what happens next and how they’re going to defeat Ethel.

Overall, this was an engaging and emotional read, and I’ll definitely be reaching for the next book.

Epic beginning to Shadow Haven tale

This seems to be the first book that E.W. Silver has written and if that is the case then all I can say is WOW. This is definitely the beginning of what looks to be an epic story about a werewolf called Mark who meets Caster a vampire Prince. Things ensue, many many things ensue. This is only going to be part of the story as there are apparently ten more books planned for the same world.
I only just finished this novel and I think I need to let it settle for a bit before I can take it all in because there is a lot going on in this book. The world is our earth, but with hidden supernatural elements and the underworld. Ms Silver has obviously put a lot of thought and effort into this book and it shows with the complexity of the various elements. We get some of the story, but it’s obvious that there is a lot more that will be explored in future books.
It didn’t feel as epic while I was reading it because the story was so exciting and flowed so well. It is only as I write this review that I started to realize how much had been packed into this book. I encourage anyone who likes MM fantasy romance to check this out!

On stage of politics, mystery, and forbidden paranormal romance the emotional conflict and development stole the show! Mark grappling his trauma, grief, and vulnerability were some of the best and moving parts of the book.

For how much it was mentioned I wouldve loved to see more conflict between the werewolves and vampires and the political machinations. Or seeing why so many characters were such badasses, instead lf being told they were. Im hoping the later books dive more into the Witch storyline, the beginning was such a tease and I was hooked!

There was also a lot of character introductions where they didnt add much to the story--felt like they will have a bigger impact in later books.

This book is heavy on the dom/sub romance. The Triggers List at the beginning was very helpful for knowing what to expect!

(Also, the novella happens AFTER this book, don't make the same mistake I did!)

This delicious, opposites-attract romance throws two completely different factions into a tailspin. On one side, we have Mark, the Head of Security for the Werewolf Council. On the other, Castor, the Head of the Vampire Council.

The underlying witch mystery pulled me in immediately and kept me guessing. What really made the story shine was the contrast—the gritty, brutal action sequences were perfectly offset by the soft, emotional intimacy between the leads. Plus, the lore is incredibly deep, establishing an intricate universe that makes you crave the sequel.

Now for the heat factor: it is scorching. It is safe to say my temperature skyrocketed, and I might actually need an ice pack to cool down. The psychological and physical shift when Mark’s submissive layers trigger Castor’s dominant side introduces a fantastic, high-tension BDSM dynamic.

TROPES:
-MM Paranormal Romance
-Enemies to lovers
-Forced proximity
-Forbidden love
-Hurt/comfort
-Star crossed lovers
-Fated mates/chosen one
-Cliffhanger

The perfect blend of dark mystery, sweet tenderness, and scorching spice. That ending left me desperate for more of this series is officially on my must-read list

This is dark, addictive, and emotionally brutal in the best way. Mark is a werewolf who lost his wolf—and his soulmate a decade ago. Caster is a vampire prince who wasn't looking for anything permanent. Then they meet, and everything changes.

Their chemistry is explosive from the first page, but this isn't just spice (though there's plenty). It's a story about grief, healing, and learning to trust again after trauma. The witch antagonist is genuinely terrifying, the worldbuilding is immersive, and the supporting cast (especially the Garner brothers) steals every scene.

Heed the content warnings. This book goes to dark places. But if you love possessive, protective love interests and slow-burn emotional healing wrapped in high-stakes paranormal action, don't sleep on this one.

Werewolves, vampires, witches, this book has everything needed for an amazing story! I was honestly so intrigued right from the start. This was really such an emotional story; I wanted to cry at some points, seeing just how much our MC Mark was suffering. It really showed just how much loss and pain can fester over time when left unchecked. I really enjoyed the dynamic between our two MC’s, D/S elements are one of my favorites! This book definitely delivered in that department. The mystery aspects of this story were so well done that I had no idea where things were going, but I loved every second of the journey to the truth. If paranormal romances with so much angst but also love are your thing, then this one is for you!

Thank you so much to the author for allowing me to ARC read this beautifully tragic, but romantic story!

Everything Every Day For Eternity by EW Silver Arc Review ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Everything Every Day For Eternity by EW Silver is a paranormal romance novel that follows the story of Mark, a wolf shifter, and Prince Castor, a vampire prince. The plot revolves around their alliance to defeat an evil witch who threatens to expose the paranormal world and eliminate both vampires and wolf shifters.
Mark is hesitant to join the alliance due to a traumatic past incident where he was attacked by vampires and killed his boyfriend. This incident left him unable to shift into his wolf form. However, when he meets Prince Castor, his wolf form awakens, and he regains the ability to shift. Castor, on the other hand, is a dominant vampire.
As they are drawn to each other, Mark's submissive nature triggers Castor's dominant side, leading him to want to protect and care for him. They navigate this complex relationship while also seeking the witch and protecting both shifters and vampires.
I thoroughly enjoyed this book. I particularly loved the development of Mark and Castor's relationship and the intriguing cliffhanger ending. I can't wait to see what happens next and hope that no one interferes with their relationship. The author's use of BDSM in their relationship was both captivating and effective in advancing the plot. Thank you, EW Silver and the author agency, for an ac all thoughts and opinions on my own

I received this book as an ARC and the summary is what truly pulled me in.

I was kinda confused at first besides the first chapter had me like uhhhh…. Where are we going with this? What is she doing here?

As the book goes on, I was able to eventually piece everything together and it was a very slow moment of “OHHHH!! Okay, I so understand this now” and then everything eventually clicked and I did my little happy dance because I was right 🤣

Mark and Caster are absolutely chef kiss and obviously Caster needed Mark to get his shit together (I also needed Mark to get his shit together)

Through all and all, I’m just glad the book was passed the way it is, BUT FUCKING HELLO?!

The ending?! I C R Y. I CRY A LOT BECAUSE FOR WHY?!

A Joyfully Jay review.

3 stars

I was really looking forward to a forbidden paranormal romance between a wolf and vampire. Everything, Every Day for Eternity sounded like it had romance and action and intrigue and I was geared up. The book opens with a witch summoning a demon on a quest for more and more dark power. The dark witch’s name is Ethel. I don’t often comment on character’s names, but I could not take “Ethel” seriously as a dark witch.

The best part of this book is the bond between Mark and Caster.

Once again I was hooked on this book by simply reading the words. This is book one in the shadow Haven series. There are so many great things about this book but what got me the best is the blurb. It said, "One broken wolf. One duty-bound vampire prince. One bond neither of them saw coming."
I'm a sucker for a MM Romance that has a wolf and a vampire in it. I think the author did an amazing job with the characters. They also did an amazing job with the supernatural aspect of this. I also believe that the world was filled up perfectly around it to kind of bring everything to life. Overall, it was just a very good book I'm looking forward to the second in the series. I know it was a long book but very much worth it it was one that I binge read.

This book wasn’t entirely what I was expecting and I think that made me enjoy it even more. Fate definitely through some twists and turns at us in this book and I enjoyed that. Mark and Caster should not have worked in theory but they were great complements to each other. The connection they share was intense and grew to be so much more than I think anyone expected. Mark and Caster fought their attraction but it was so powerful. You could feel it rolling off the page whenever they interacted. There was so much going on with this story that I just was turning page after page to see what would happen next. And when I got that ending I was so involved that I immediately wanted to grab the next book. August cannot come soon enough.

interesting premise and some emotionally strong moments, especially around Mark’s grief and isolation. The chemistry between Mark and Caster was compelling at times, and the forbidden romance angle kept me invested enough to finish. However, the pacing felt uneven, and some of the emotional developments happened too quickly to fully connect with. The world-building also could have used more depth, particularly with the witch conflict and vampire politics. Overall, it’s a decent paranormal romance with potential, but it didn’t completely deliver on the emotional intensity it promised for me.I received an advance review copy for free, and I am leaving this review voluntarily.

A love that was fought for
Mark sets out with his brother to avenge his love … and throughout that journey meets and falls in love with (albeit kicking and screaming) Caster, true love.
Caster is just as hesitant to turn his and Mark’s tryst into something … more. As they battle the Witch and stave off a war. A HEA it was - and a gratifying one that that as both characters resisted the pull then finally gave into the inevitable.

This was such an intense start to the series. Mark and Caster have an immediate connection, but what I enjoyed most was how much emotion sat underneath all the paranormal politics, danger, and tension. Mark’s grief and isolation after losing his wolf really shaped his character, and it made seeing him slowly open up to Caster even more satisfying.

Caster was exactly the kind of vampire prince I love reading about, powerful, controlled, and completely thrown off balance by one person. Their chemistry was strong from the start, with a possessive and protective dynamic that fit the story really well without overshadowing the emotional side of their relationship.

The mystery surrounding the witch kept me hooked, and I liked how the darker, more violent moments were balanced with genuine tenderness between the characters. The world-building also felt layered enough to leave me wanting more from the series.

And that ending? Absolutely cruel. I’m definitely going to need the next book after that cliffhanger.

I greatly enjoyed this book. To me it had an original plot that I like. I was hooked from the beginning and by the end I was chomping at the bit to find out what happens. My heart feels for poor Mark and all the troubles that he faces. I can't wait to read the next part of this story. I definitely recommend this one.
