Melony Ann has a talent for writing shorter stories that still pull you in from the very first page, and Ink's Venom is no exception. The story follows Ink and Rosie, two people carrying scars from their pasts who find comfort, safety, and something more in each other.
Rosie has spent years feeling protected by Ink, a member of Viper's Venom, a motorcycle club known for looking after their own while standing against those who prey on others. Their age gap and long history add an emotional layer that makes their connection feel genuine and earned.
The story balances romance, danger, and suspense well. Rosie’s kind heart and desire to help others put her in a difficult situation when someone she believes needs saving enters her life, setting off a chain of events that threatens everything she cares about.
If you enjoy motorcycle club romance with protective heroes, emotional healing, betrayal, and plenty of tension, Ink's Venom is a quick but engaging read that will keep you turning pages to find out what happens next.

Book: Ink's Venom by Melony Ann
Stars: ⭐️⭐️⭐️️⭐️ ️⭐️
Spice: 🌶️

*Age Gap
*MC
*Mafia
*Forbidden Love
*Touch her and unalive

Melony Ann has great character building. I have read a few of her books now and she is just able to make you picture these characters and their actions. There is a bit of spice (Rosie can get a little sassy...); drama -- if there isn't drama it didn't happen!; betrayal - definitely makes this book more realistic.

Ink and Rosie have an age gap that keeps them from pursuing each other. Ink's demon's always play a part in his life. Rosie's demons play a part in hers. But, when Ink gets a call, will those demon's keep playing with his mind or will he ignore them and pursue his *wants*? (You have to read it to find out...)

I can't wait to read more of Melony Ann's books. Her books are fantastic!

MC Age Gap romance

This book felt like it wasn't a book 1. I felt like I was missing a lot of background information and it make it hard to figure out who people were and how things were related.

I will say I do not typically read MF romances anymore and when I do I definitely prefer the characters to be at least college aged. I definitely struggled with the FMC being 18. I love a good age gap but when they have known them since they were much younger it doesn't work for me.

I absolutely loved the description not the restaurant and it sounds absolutely stunning. I would Luke to know how the MMC is so loaded though....

Overall it was 3.5 ⭐ for me. I needed the FMC to be older and needed to know more. This is a personal preference and does not take away Gordon the fact it was a quick and easy read.

Hello, people!
First of all, let me mention that this book is the first book in the Viper's Venom series.
I particularly love short stories that manage to put the reader inside them and have a deepening of the characters and the plot. Well, this one is one such story.
The protagonists are Rosie and Ink, whose past is quite difficult and painful. Their chemistry is intense and has everything the reader needs to get lost in the reading.
As for the plot, it is fast, dynamic and has tension and heartbeats.
Finally, the author's writing is romantic, warm, tender, enjoyable, emotional, shocking, exciting and explosive.

Thank you very much to the author and Carxander Publishing for the eARC!

This is my honest review!

I have had the chance to be an ARC reader for Melony Ann in the past and every time I read one of her books; they never ever disappoint me. She has such an amazing way at keeping her readers hooked in her writing and storylines. Her books never cease to amaze me.

Cain and Rosie are such the sweetest couple and they are just soulmate material. The spicy scenes and the romance are just amazing and they always keep me hooked. I will always be a fan of Melony Ann and her books!!

Highly recommend checking out this book and all of her other work!!

One of my favorite things about Melony's books is the fact the books are kind of shorter reads but they're still insanely interesting to read. Every chapter keeps you on the edge of your seat needing to know more of what's going to happen. I love her characters and the way she describes things. Especially in this book, it was a great way to start of the series. Rosie and Ink have made their way into one of my favorite books by Melony

Nice, quick MC read with just the right amount of spice, drama, danger, and betrayal to make it interesting.

Rosie and Ink have feelings for each other, but they try to suppress them because of the age gap. What they have in common is Ink's daughter who is Rosie's friend. But Ink gets Rosie's relatives blessing before he confesses to Rosie and they work it out.

Story moves along at a nice pace. First time author for me and I look forward to reading more of her books.

Rosie is a soft hearted female main character, and she has always been protected by ink a member of Viper’s Venom MC. Ink has never pursued his feelings for Rosie because of the age gap and his demons. When things change, he may have to change his strategy and what to do about his feelings. The character development is superb in this book. I was drawn in from the beginning and I cannot wait to read more of Melony Ann’s books.

A beautiful age gap story. It took them a bit to get where they needed to be. They are two piraces from the same puzzle and fit together. They both need each other. I am glad Ink realized it before it was to late although he needed a big nudge from a friend.

Ink and Rosie both have demons. But their love and trust for each other makes its more bearable. The age gap is not going to stop their love for each other. Another amazing book by Melony Ann.

Cain and Rosie

After everything Cain experienced he thought he didn’t deserved happiness but he definitely deserved it. And Rosie, she is definitely everything he needs. Loved this story so much, their connection is perfect. I love how characters from other series keep popping up in some Melony Ann’s books. The mystery, the suspense, all the sweet and romantic moments. Gosh I loved everything.

I really enjoyed reading Ink’s Venom. I loved how this story kept me hooked from the beginning; I couldn’t put it down. I enjoyed the bond between Rosie and Ink. I really liked how the story was described. I thought that the world-building was good. I liked that I could picture the story. I enjoyed that it was a shorter read; it was a nice break from reading some longer stories, and I am definitely looking to read the rest of the series.

This is more for 18+ readers as there may be some content that isn’t suitable for all readers.
