Although very basic, the author picks out the most vital, important & basic parts for beginner mindfulness

It's a good go-to guide once you've gone through a mindfulness training seminar This helps keep you reminded on the essential parts & you can then recall all the exercises you learned during training

Also great guide for beginners in case they'd like to go to classes or if it wouldn't be interesting for them
