THE MAGNIFICENT SAGA OF A BLAZING LAND, A FIERY WOMAN --- AND THE DANGEROUS MAN WHO HAS HER DESTINY.
The muscular arm that gripped Tori Meredith and carried her from Don Diegos's hacienda belonged to an undeniably dangerous man. Strong, tall, looking every inch the Texas Ranger he once was, Ethan Cantrell had been sent by Tori's father to retrieve his spitfire daughter from his rival across the Mexican border --- the smooth talking caballero who Tori had been foolish enough to believe wanted to marry her.
But her fiance never made her body tremble like the nearness of this roughriding gunman. The wanted posters said Ethan was a lawman gone bad. Was he a man Tori could trust now that fate had flung them together on the hot desert trail through Apache territory? Was he a man she could link her future with, not knowing his secrets ... only feeling the naked desire that engulfed her as she tasted a love as bold and seductive as the West itself?
Just as good the second time around. I wish there was Adam and Consuelo's story.
*** My resolution for 2014 was to read more historical romances, and this was one of the books I was the most excited about. It's out of print, but if you can get your hands on a used copy, I recommend it highly, especially if you are a fan of western romance novels.
