Drip: An MM Age Play Romance

Rate this book
A new Daddy comes to town... He's mine. Tobias Sterling has been an artist since he could hold a paintbrush, but these days his canvas is cake. It was never what he imagined doing, but his illusion cakes have put Sugar Bay on the map, and the town is obsessed… including one hot Daddy.

Emerson Walsh is back in Sugar Bay after eight years of humanitarian work overseas. The one thing he couldn’t leave behind... the memory of the sweet nineteen‑year‑old he shared one unforgettable night with. Now Emerson’s older, wiser, and ready to win back the boy who’s become the man he can’t forget.

Tobias has waited years, learning who he is and what he needs—a Daddy who’s patient, protective, and willing to make things right. Emerson’s determined to prove that love between a Daddy and his little can stand the test of time.

But can Emerson right the mistakes he’d made by leaving?

Drip is a sweet, steamy MM Daddy/little romance featuring a second‑chance at love, an eight‑year age gap, a small‑town setting, and plenty of care, praise, and irresistible chemistry. It’s part of the Daddy’s Little Crumbs series, where every story blends low‑angst connection, tender age play, and heart‑warming HEAs.

Heya! I'm Joe Satoria, I write sweet and spicy MM romances.

I mostly write Daddies and D/s dynamics in my pairings... some soft and sweet, other dark and dangerous.

As a queer person using he/they pronouns, I am an own voices author, which means you're reading through the eyes of lived experience... only the gay relationships part, definitely not the dangerous Daddies... oops!

This is the second book in the Daddy's Little Crumbs series and it can be enjoyed as a standalone read. This is the story of Tobias and Emerson. Tobias and Emerson meet again at the Thursday paint-and-sip class at the community center. Both of them had spent one unforgettable night together eight years earlier. Emerson is back in town to stay. This is their story. The book is sweet and low angst. I received a complementary advanced review copy of this book from the author and I am voluntarily leaving a review. The book is well written and easy to read. It is a sweet second chance romance. I liked watching their relationship grow. I enjoyed this book. I am looking forward to the next book in this series.

Tobias and Emerson story was a bit emotional as it’s revealed a past hurt and the opportunity arises for a second chance to right the wrong and accomplish happiness.
Their chemistry was explosive, they learn new things about themselves, but also new ways to gain redemption.
They had their obstacles along the way, past miscommunication and misunderstanding that caused them grief.
The atonement is endearing and the little displays of regret and promise, sweet.
There’s also teasing and shenanigans, as well as sweet loving moments.
I enjoyed it and looking forward to the next adventure.

Emerson and Tobias second chance

A one night stand when Tobias was eighteen was the best or so he thought. Tobias found out more about himself when Emerson told him to call him Daddy. But Daddy left for eight years until he walked in the community center during paint and sip announcing he was the new director. Now Emerson spends his time trying to make up for him ghosting Tobias.

You must read to see what the littles of Oh Crumbs bakery are up to and how they help the community center build funding.

I received a free copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review.

This is the second in this series, but you could read this one without reading the first one. This is a cute story about Tobias and Emerson who met before and apparently it was very memorable. This is a sweet second chance romance with no conflict. If you love some Daddy/Little story with no angst, this is the book for you.

Emerson was back! Emerson who was Toby's first Daddy. It had been over 8 years since they'd seen each other and they still both wanted to be with each other. A big age gap and a commitment led to their separation but that didn't matter anymore. These guys were so ready for their relationship and it was sweet and steamy. I can't wait for the last cake boy! I received a copy of this and this is my voluntary opinion.

This is the second book with our Oh Crumbs crew. Tobias and Emerson had 1 magical night years ago. Neither man can forget or truly move on from that one night.

When Emerson comes back, he needs to learn how to forgive himself concerning Tobias and the past. It was nice to see the Little take care of the Daddy.

A delightful novella. Nice to read in between other things.

I always enjoy the dynamic between the MCs in Joe's books, and this one does not disappoint.

💞Thank you to the Author for the opportunity to read and review this ARC💖

A sweet second chance Daddy/Little story.Tobias is reunited after eight years with Emerson with whom he'd had a one night stand. Daddy Emerson is determined to make up for disappearing all those years ago. The characters were so engaging in this lovely read.

Not sure how I felt about this one. The first book was much cuter but this one was just okay.
