I think this is a great book, few businesses are truly agile yet if they want to be they need to change. This book gives you a tool that will be familiar to anyone who has read business model generation or uses the business model canvas. It empowers you to build kanban boards and lean change canvas’s to manage your change process. I think there is real magic in this book such a pity more people have not picked up this approach and run with it.
