I have written about the following seven tools with the hope that they will help some of the 3.3 million people in the United States who suffer from obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD). These are the tools that I have developed and learned to use during my own recovery from OCD. I know that if practiced consistently, these tools can help others to live in the present moment and stop giving unwanted, intrusive thoughts attention.
