The best one yet in this series.
Milly Taiden as always has written a smoking hot read. I have learned to have a big tall glass of ice tea or water. The sex she tells will leave you steaming and grabbing a man or a toy! I completely love how they meet. No one spins wonderful fast pace tales like the Awesome Milly she never leaves me wanting any thing but the next Amazing Book.
This man, this stranger, was kissing her and did she stop him? Nope. She sucked on his tongue and let him grope her ass like they were teenagers on their first make out session.

What happens when you take a dirty talking man/wolf add in a huge romantic side.... My heart sighs a lot and yeah you know what the dirty talk does.

CHEMISTRY off the pages, This is the third in a series and Mrs. Taiden pulled it off again. The characters are fascinating and I am always amazed when an author can create a GOOD plot in a short story. Very well done, I think this Is my favorite of the series.

This book has passion that is off the charts. The storyline was great and it reminded me that a person can know their mate at first glance. The story had humor that had me busting out laughing and sexy scenes that had me fanning myself. This is another hit for Milly Taiden. Not a book for those who cannot handle rapid sexy scenes or those under 18. Great job Milly.

Watch out for things you bump into in the night...

Almost all the men of Night and Day have been taken, but Brett still remains single and lonely in Japan. He has a new assistant that has started working for him in the U.S. office. Her co-workers think they would be purrfect together another kitty and puppy combo. She just wants to get through this heat before it kills her, that is until she bumps into a stranger on the street.
Favorite passage: Most people told her she had such an hourglass figure. She liked to say she was hourglass with extra days.

Smokin Hot!
Milly has done it again with another smokin hot book. This is the fourth book in the Night and Day Ink Series. These are short stories but they have a lot in them and well worth the read. You can't go wrong reading one of Milly's books. Valentina Cruz is a sexy curvy woman and also a Tiger shifter who is in heat. She just started a new job and has yet to meet her new boss Brett. While out one night her heat gets out of hand, so when she meets a sexy wolf shifter on the street and he offers to tame the heat she can't turn him down and a one night stand can't hurt. Then Valentina finds out that her one night stand is actually her boss Brett and he is determined to make Valentina his mate. I can't wait until the next book by Milly comes out. I highly recommend any of her books.

Brett Night is a wolf shifter who has been expanding the business in Japan and talking to his new assistant, Valentina, via email. Valentina is a tigress who is starting to go through heat while sitting at a bar with a friend. She walks home to suffer through her heat alone when she accidentally bumps into a very sexy wolf shifter who is more than willing to help her through her heat. Having never spoken or seen each other before, Valentina and Brett have a hot night together before Brett realizes who she is and that she's his mate. Brett has a lot of work to do to prove to Valentina that they are perfect for each other if only she'd give them a chance. I loved this book, if you've never read a Milly Taiden book, you need to start now, they are hot, steamy, sexy and funny all rolled into one fantastic package.

Holy Hotness! This book started out hot and steamy right away. Ms. Taiden didn't wait to start the sexiness on this book. Wow. Tina was a lucky woman in this book.
Although, I might have been a little freaked out if I started getting presents and phone calls after a one-night stand. And then if my boss started asking personal questions, I wouldn't answer. That's just me.
But Tina took it all in stride, and enjoyed it all. How wonderful to find out though that your one-night stand is not a creep!
You don't have to read any of the other books in the series to read and "understand" this book. All books in this series can be read as stand-alone. But you might want to read the others, just for the sheer hotness this author provides.

I don't know who does shifters better than Milly Taiden! Each storyline is unique with swoon worthy males! And you gotta love a BBW female lead. The attraction is instantaneous between Tina and her mystery man. The sex sizzles. I always feel like I need a cigarette after reading a book by Milly and I don't even smoke. Another hot tale that I recommend!

Taken by Night was definitely a hot and sexy bite. I loved Brett's pursuit of Tina. It was so sweet and sexy. My only complaint about the story is that it wasn't long enough. I wanted more of Brett and "what's her name?" LOL.

This is probably my favorite in the series so far! It changes things up by having the smexy happen first. Yummy hawt steamy time!! This also kicks up the dirty talk! Oh, Hell yes!!
The story this time had a bit more to it as well. Really loving this series of sassy progresses and Alpha wolves!! Tina is such fun to read and Brett is totally delicious! Love their whole dynamic. The mixed narrative keeps you on your toes, getting both POV is key. Love it when the guy has to do a little chasing and convincing his mate!
The only complaint it the neighbor seemed to be randomly thrown in there. It wasn't needed unless we plan on seeing him in another book.
Can not wait for more of these quickies!!!

I absolutely loved it. Milly is one of the best at creating great short, sexy, fun reads. I have enjoyed many books by this author in the past and the Hot Sex and Dirty talk is very titillating. This is the first book that I have read in this particular series and it was a sultry short that I definitely recommend reading. I will be reading the rest of the series as soon as possible!

Well, now that my Kindle has finally stopped smoking, I can write my review. I'd usually LOL right there, but I'm really not joking that much. I think Milly has actually out-Millyed herself with the sexy times in this one. You're in shock, right? Anyone that has read her before knows how great she is at bringing the sexy. See, now you get why my Kindle was smoking.
Valentina, aka Tina, is just leaving a girls' night out and the unimaginable happens. No, she didn't lose her purse or her cell phone. She also didn't run into an unbelievably hot guy and have food in her teeth. Her heat has hit and it's too late for her "heat dampening" pills. But yeah, she does still run into the aforementioned unbelievably hot guy. They're both jonesing for the owner of that delicious smell that's impacting their naughty parts. They agree to one night to help Tina through it, otherwise she might just lose her ever-loving mind if she doesn't get some relief. Let me tell you, have the fire extinguisher handy for the dirty talking Brett. Oh, that man has a way with words AND he can back them up. Oh yes, this was amazing. Their chemistry was instantaneous and explosive and only meant to be a one night stand. But the story takes an interesting turn when she finds out she's his new assistant. The author wrote a unique twist to their next meeting. If I write anymore, I'd be giving away too many details. This was a hot and short read.

For a short story, this one felt pretty complete. I really liked Brett and Valentina. Their relationship was very "cart before the horse" in that they hooked up and then he began courting her, lol. They had a good excuse (being thousands of miles apart when she was hired and her being in heat when they met).
I loved how confident Valentina was being larger and knowing she was a catch (sometimes MT beats the "but I'm plus sized" drum to death). Brett was crazy about her from the moment they met and even though he was super aggressive, I liked that he was in hot pursuit.

While the basic premise of this series is the same, this installment was a little different. While it includes a wolf and tigress, Tina has never met her boss, and wasn’t lusting after him during her heat. They actually physically run in to each other and things begin to happen from there. Since they had never met, neither of them knew with whom they were involved. Tina thought Brett was still in Japan, so when they begin corresponding, after he discovered who she was, she willingly answered his questions. This story was much better developed that the first three installments. I enjoyed the expanded story line and increased characterization

Enjoyable enough for a coffee time read. A set of very short stories that are over 50% sex with a bit of story thrown in. Read through KU in the box set.

This book is about Valentina and Brett. They have never met as Brett works in Japan however he has travelled to the office as other managers are away on leave with their mates/partners. Brett runs into Valentina when he is on his way to his hotel and he smells Valentina's heat. They do a one night stand and things get very hot. Brett finds out Valentina works as his assistant so he decides to work remotely and let Valentina think he is still in Japan and in the process he gets to know her as he has decided he wants her as a mate

Taken by Night is Milly's fourth novella in her Night and Day Ink series. Seriously if I didn't already read all of Milly's books, I would have read this book just because of the cover!!! My new favorite cover!!! I need to stalk Milly and get this cover autographed.
In Taken by Night, curvy Tigress Valentina has never met her boss who works overseas. All of her friends would love if she hooked up with her boss since apparently there is something in the building's water because all the ladies seem to be finding their mates in the building. Anyway, Valentina is perfectly happy being single but when she goes in heat, her Tigress takes over and meets the perfect wolf on the walk home. Lots of hotness ensues, a bit of mystery, and an absolute perfect ending. I have enjoyed all the books in the series but this one is my absolute favorite. I loved how Brett cleverly wooed Valentina and I especially loved that she wasn't a big whiny baby about the "deception." Nothing wrong with a man being clever. Highly recommend!!!
