Kanaďan Glen Emery přijel do Prahy v dubnu roku 1990 a už dvacet let tu žije a provozuje bary, kluby a hospody.

It certainly helps that I lived through the 90s in Prague, knowing some of the characters that permeate this book. But the stories are short and full of all kinds of bodily fluids, so you read one essentially self-contained chapter and immediately jump to the next one. From Communist-ruled Slovakia of the eighties, the Yukon gold-mining regions, Prague's shadier side and trips all over Prague and Central Europe, there is one thing I can guarantee you: Glen knows how to tell a story.
