LOVE RECKLESSLY. WITHOUT MERCY, WITHOUT SENSE, BUT NEVER WITHOUT HEART...

SABRINA
He was supposed to be my big break – not my total breakdown. Interviewing Anton Ivankov, the infamous kingpin, was my chance to outrun my broken past. I came ready, determined, but nothing truly could've prepared me for him.
Anton wasn't supposed to be so handsome. He wasn't supposed to have a heart. And he definitely wasn't supposed to make me a pawn in his prison break.
Now, he's making me question everything I've ever known, replacing common sense with raw desire. Can I escape before he's done playing wrecking ball – or will this mad need to leap into his bed ruin me forever?

ANTON
I never knew looks could blindside a man until I saw her. Sabrina was destined to be my ticket outta this hellhole and a secret weapon in our street war.
Except I'm not working for family fortune anymore. Every time we touch, it's lightning, dangerous and divine.
Hurricane Sabrina's blinding me to the mission. Her twisted uncle needs to pay big time, but she's got me so distracted I can barely think. I'll kill for this girl, anything to hear her beg for one dirty, reckless, unforgettable night.
Good thing I never fail. I'll do whatever it takes to finish this war and end this Romeo and Juliet crap for good. The only happy ending here is making sure her panties, her heart, her everything are mine, and I'm gonna have it all. I always do.

Mennnnn this book was bad. The writing was not that bad but the dialogue was BLEAH and sometimes this book was un-fuckin-believable. I have to congratulate myself for being able to finish it.

description

The blurb was very interesting and you all know I'm always up and ready for a mafia romance novel but I was not expecting what I got.

So here's a few things that made this book fell very unreal. One,

Second,

description

The dialog was sometimes horrible and at some passages in the book I was like WTF? For example:

"Hearing my name on his orgasmic lips did it. I came so hard I nearly tore in two, rocking against his dick, losing my mind as he unloaded pure fire into me. I felt it shoot to my womb, fill me, and then flow out of me, spilling out around us. So much fire. So much of his essence. So fucking much."

description

There were more but I can't bring myself to write them...it's that bad...

SPOILERS: dnf

I was hoping I would like this book based on the reviews and how I'm in a mob/mafia phase right now but this just was not for me :(

Im getting tired of h's in books getting wet on the sight of a man.. without knowing ANYTHING about them. I totally understand physical attraction but I just don't understand how in books the h's almost come off as idiots who all the sudden can't speak properly.

The opening scene in this book is of the h going to jail to meet the H.. on sight she's basically drooling! She mentions how she's "still hot, crazed, and slightly wet.." and this based on his looks alone because is no way was he nice to her. Anyways, after leaving the prison she has a sex dream about the hero - all this while she's a virgin!!

I don't hate on the virgin thing honestly it doesn't bug me at all.. it just bothers me how she goes from a virgin to a sex crazed freak within seconds of seeing a man.

Unfortunately, this wasn't for me.. others might enjoy it!

This book came out of nowhere. It was so good. The H is utterly insane for the h. He is really tough and intimidating but the h has been acting OTT possessive, obsessive, protective, and ALPHA MALE!!! The sex is very VERY hot!! I can't wait till the H's brothers get their own books.

If you like big tough Alpha leading men built like a tank, covered in tattoos, who swears like a trooper and talks really dirty. Then look no further because you've found him. Anton and his brothers are the Russian Mafia based in Chicago. Anton is In prison for blowing up a rivals club. Sabrina is the niece of the head of the Italian Mafia, but has been protected and has never had any part in the family business. She's an aspiring writer. She manages to get an interview with Anton, she doesn't use her real name as he would know she was his enemies niece. When she first meets Anton she's very glad he's behind the toughened glass. Because he scares the hell out of her, but she finds him attractive as well. Little does she know, that he is fully aware of who she is and he plans to use her as part of his escape plan.
This is a fast paced, hot and sexy tale. I don't think I've ever read a character quite like Anton before I wasn't sure wether to love him or be totally offended by him. But either way he made this story compulsive reading. I can't wait for his two brothers to get their stories.

Hot alpha male.

Since this book already has lots of reviews I'll keep mine short.
If you want a romance with a full-on alpha male and I do mean full-on, he's got the body, the attitude, the tattoos, he swears like a trooper and literally oozes sex, if that's what you're looking for then Anton Ivankov is the guy for you.
The female lead Sabrina couldn't be more different, she's a beautiful virgin, honest and good although their families do have something in common.
What started out as revenge turned into so much more and this is a hot read with a HEA who could ask for more?

Not trying to be a troll, for me this was a fast paced erotic novel, where the primary focus was on sex. I couldn't really see the badass mafia boy.
 photo Recklessly His 3.jpg
What I did see was a guy hung up on sex with Sabrina and afterwards wanting to use her to get to the uncle. Yeah I suppose in a mob syndicate they would use a princess to even a score, all their waylaid plans hinging on one person. NOT! Anhoo I prefer books with a stronger plot and storyline, not a fast track to porn. Maybe you'll find this more entertaining then I did.

Shh Anton...

This would've been so much better if Anton didn't attempt dirty talk; it's not his forte. The premise of this book wasn't bad--the deceit, the back and forth--it made for a good story, but Anton was a little over the top even for me and I love a good Alpha man. He beat on his brothers with little to no provocation and his upset about all things Sabrina was disproportionate to what actually happened despite insta-love. And the dirty talk... just awkward... But I really did like the storyline and the idea behind this book. If the dialogue were tweaked, this would be an awesome book.

I tried. I really really really tried to finish this book but it was not to be. There are so many better books out there to spend my time on.

Sadly a DNF for me.

I read this book based on the number of people that rated this book a 5*, I certainly did not get it!!!!.

Move on and pick something worthwhile.

I was given a copy of this book for my honest review. Recklessly His is the love story of Sabrina and Anton, their families are sworn enemies and Anton uses Sabrina to pull off a well planned escape. However, from the beginning when these two first meet there is this gravitational pull towards each other and you just know they are going to collide but in a seriously sexy way. I am a SERIOUS fan of Ms. Nicole Snow's books, and usually its an MC Romance, but this book is no where near an MC romance but more of a MOB romance and it truly sizzles, from page ONE I could not put this book down. Ms. Snow keeps you engaged and anxious to turn the page and see how it is going to all work out. Sabrina did not want to fall for him, she did not want to believe anything he said, but in the END she had already fallen for him. LOVE at first sight can take place sometimes without us even realizing it and that is what I really liked about this book, how in spite of everything going on and all these terrible truths being revealed, these two were able to still love each other and be together. Ms.Snow is awesome and she delivers once again. This is steamy and suspenseful all at once. If you have not read any of her books, please START NOW. Recklessly His is a great place to start I know you won't be disappointed. FIVE STARS!!!!!! well worth it.

I received this book as an ARC for an honest review. When I received this book I was thinking that it would be a bit different then it was.

In this book we meet Anton Ivankov and Sabrina Ligiottis. Now Sabrina is trying to be a hard hitting reporter and get the story no one has been able to get an exclusive interview with Anton. Sabrina feels she needs to hide her true identity because Sabrina and Anton's families are enemies. Little does Sabrina know the only reason she is getting this interview is Anton knows exactly who she is and has plans for her.

In this book we are getting the same knew style that Nicole is writing in 1 chapter from her point of view 1 chapter from his. I like how she does this because it gives us a chance to see things from both sides. The reason I said I thought this book would be different is I expected it to be a slightly darker story-line. We get some very indepth parts to both of the characters as to why they are doing what they do. However when he thinks of doing some very raunchy things to her when he does go after her it is a whole lot tamer than I expected given he is a mafia guy. I would say more but I don't want to ruin the story for anyone.

Over all this story is amazing it is a fabulous read and I would recommend it to anyone and everyone. This is a book that I believe should be on everyone's must read list

I loved this book I think this is going to be another great series. I can't wait for Anton's brothers to get a book of their own. Anton is a man's man, "no effing way. I'm not walking outta here Tim's you're thoroughly effed and dripping down your legs. You're not leaving this bed anything less than a woman beautiful effing woman." He's then type of man to assure his woman through processes, "what's the matter, babe? Every chick I've ever effed loves what she sees. Don't tell me you're scared of a pierced d***?" He grinned. "I get it. This is your first time.you're nervous. Don't be." Sometimes a girl just needs her man's comfort and Anton willing gives what his woman what she wants, "just kiss me," I whimpered. Stumbling away from the dead body. He did. Anton grabbed me, jerked me close, smashed his lips to mine." Anton is such a man he doesn't care who heads him give his woman the business, "quiet babe, unless you.want the crew to.hear," he whispered, making me blush. "Honestly, I don't give a s***." He's always eager for his woman, "besides, where else did you think I was gonna eff you? Out in the snow? You know my d***'s not gonna wait 'll we get back to the house." I'm really excited for the next book in this series.

This story was sexy as hell from the first page to the very end. Sabrina is the princess of the Italian mob in Chicago and Anton is one of the brothers in change of the Russian mob. With both families after each others territory, Sabrina is in the dark and knows nothing of what is really going on. She is trying to make a name for herself as a journalist. And by interviewing Anton, the man that bombed her uncles club and killed 20 people, is one way for her to get the title. She is drawn to him, she has been reading up on him. But seeing him in person has a different kind of effect one her body. She seems to be drawn to him. While Anton acts like he is in control, he is drawn to her too. When he uses her interview visits as a way to escape prison, she is taken hostage. About a week later, after learning what her uncle really does or maybe it is just what Anton wants her to believe. She doesn't know what or who to believe. Things go from bad to worse but in the end things work out. I thought this was a fantastic story and I want more. I love Nicole Snow's writing style, she will keep you on the edge of you seat and always wanting more.

Sabrina and Anton are from opposite sides of the tracks...family wise. But when you try to do right by your family in every way ....you might loose out on being with the love of you life because of FAMILY.

Sabrina is trying to make a name for herself in the journalism world when a opportunity comes around to interview the Chicago Russian Bomber but if he finds out her last name he might not give her the interview she needs to get her out from under the family name.

But when Anton first sees Sabrina for the first time it doesn't matter what he name is he has to have her but there I so of one problem...they are separated but bullet proof glAss.

Can that stop a giant like Anton or will he find a way to be with Sabrina or will they kill each other on the process because they are two strong willed individuals that will do anything to protect there family name.....

This book has it all ..... violence sex drugs and action that will hook you in on page 1 !!

Loved this book and can't wait for more from Nicole !! Her books get better and better !! They are riveting !!

I received this book for my honest review from obsessive pimpettes. I have to say I haven't read anything by Nicole snow but reading this, that has now changed. Loved this! Nice mafia bad boy story.
Sabrina goes to interview Anton. Little did she know, she was his way out. Not realizing just how handsome he is until she meets him. Sabrina now doesn't know what she has gotten herself into.
Anton
As soon as she walked in the room he knew that was his way out. He knows what he wants and won't stop until he gets it. He wants to make her pay for her uncles action but the desire and feelings he has. Failing is not an option.
As I write this review I want to give stuff away but I know I can't so read this. Come into Sabrina's and Antony's world. I'm off to one click some more from this amazing author. Enjoy!

It was freaking awesome, I swear each book Ms Snow writes gets better then the last. This is a story of old blood wars between Russians and the Italians, Sabrina is the last of the Ligiotti line. After loosing her mom for a hit & run and her dad by poisoned crack she was left in to her uncle's care where she was sheltered from from the truth until she took up as a journalist for a blog. Her job is where she meets the Chicago Bomber Anton Ivankov in prison for an interview that will change her life after the first visit. Anton Ivankov needs to take down the Italian kingpin to avenge his family and for many things. His only shot to get word to his brothers is granting the interview the Sabrina wants and when she gets the story she wants his whole plan takes affect that she will be involved in from start to finish but she wont know until he drop's the bomb and his heart.

DNF at 66%

I usually do not review books that I do not finish, but with this one I feel I have enough insight to give my opinion, and that is all it is. My opinion. I saw a lot of very good reviews for this book I am just happen to not agree.

1. The story is VERY dramatic, way more than necessary. Every action, word, and emotion is full of drama.
2.Every other sentence talked about how Sabrina is a virgin. We get it she has never bumped uglies, no need to remind me every 2 seconds.
3. Using the word lava over and over to describe his cum/come made me wince. Lava is NOT something I want near my vagina.
4. The sex is laughable and repetitious. No one comes that many times. I say this even though I love a lot of sex and orgasms in my story but it just felt wrong here.

There were a few more things that got me, but at the end of the day I think that this one just wasn't for me.

Holy cow

This was so good. If you wanna dirty talking alpha......heelloo Anton. Great plot. Fast moving. Nice tension that fits the story so well without just clogging it up and choking out the romance. Dual first person POV, my favorite, keeps you connected through the whole read. Couldn't put it down. It's gritty, raw, violent, and really down right dirty. It fits the world that these characters are created for. However, there is still the vulnerability of two people that belong together. It just all came together beautifully.

The writing is awful! This so called author cannot write. She has a poor vocabulary, and can not even spell basic words. She clearly isn't even trying to put effort in to finding the mistakes like missing words or creating a story, even though she is taking people's money. Its shameful!

To the point that she uses only one descriptive word over and over to describe the hero, 'hard'. 'His hard chest, his hard body, his hard eyes, his hard lips, his hard everything'. The dialogue made me cringe it was that bad and the story was rudamentary and unbelievable.

The sex scene was laughably ridiculous, with the same exact, never ending stream of dirty thoughts and basic barely there story that several authors write on Amazon, including Nicola Snow, Jenika Snow, Alexa Riley, Sam Crescent etc, just insert different character names.

I am getting so tired of readers giving rubbish like this 4 & 5 stars on Amazon. It's why I have now moved to goodreads to check reviews as goodreads reviewers are obviously real readers because several gave this book the 1 star rating this kind of atrocious writing deserves. Awful book.

I didn't know what to expect from this to be honest, it's not really my type to read these kind of books, I mean I like mafia books with some twisted protagonists, that in the end their noble bla bla bla, but this was 100% diffrent, Anton was an aknowledged asshole who bragged about it, even if in the end we get why he killed those people in the bombing, something about his character didn't really stick with me.

Oh, it's time for a dark mafia story from Nicole Snow...Aaaaand it works about as well as her MC romances, which is...not at all. The story is typical for the genre. The dark aspects of the romance were...gosh, I don't even know. Almost laughable? Like, I get Stockholm Syndrome, and I know that's a big thing in these dark romances. But it's like, does this really develop after a day and a few conversations between the characters? It felt rushed. Sabrina kept ping ponging back and forth between who she trusted, and it was just a huge mess.

We have a typical Romeo/Juliet plot with male MC and female MC in two different mafia families: Italian and Russian. We have a prison escape, dark romance Stockholm-y coitus, betrayals, drama, and mafia action. I'd do my usual synopsis, but the story is so unoriginal that I don't think it's necessary. I will say that I enjoyed the beginning, but it just went downhill from there. I love Snow's contemporary novels SO MUCH, but these other ones are just blech.

Meh

This book was all about sex and light on plot. Now don’t get me wrong I love hot sex scenes between the main characters but I like some story to go with it. I also didn’t feel the connection between these two. And the way the H talked just wasn’t sexy at all. He needs to give it up. I doubt I’ll read anymore from this author if her other books are like this one.

Recklessly His

When Sabrina interviewed Anton little did she know she would be in a prison break. She and Anton fell in love but her uncle tried to break it up. Anton and her uncle had been at war for years. Uncle was the one that caused her mother to die then he killed her father. Sabrina and Anton ended her uncle then flew to Moscow and had a wonderful life.

Bitterly disappointed with this book; a huge step down for the author. Felt very rushed, overly crude, and the eventual emotional relationship between the two main characters completely implausible. And he was given more dimension as a character than she was. (I felt like this book was actually written by an alpha man for the gratification of other alpha men.) Animal attraction is one thing, but nothing beyond that seems likely in this book. Bones for this story were ok, which is why I gave this two stars instead of one.
