Got this really because of the title, but there are some interesting quick recipes in it. Unfortunately the book is marred by a significant quantity of typos and several of the recipes have mistakes, usually around the measures being used which makes me think that the author has translated the quantities for the American market from other sources.
This is a super quick read, with some good dinner ideas. The food leans towards the over-processed in some cases (five can soup, anyone), though you could make it fresher with little effort - like when they call for a can of tomatoes, add fresh if you're inclined.
I thought the casserole recipes, like the chicken with capers, really shined. She also has lots of crockpot options. I think this is worth checking out for some dinner ideas that work during weeknights.
