I was worried at the beginning when I read that the joker was on the lose. I thought that may mean bad news for Gotham City. So I give the book five stars for suspense. About halfway through this masterpiece there is a huge standoff between the dark night and the joker that did not disappoint. No spoilers, but I was at the edge of my seat. 5 stars for sure. If you are a fan of books with highs and lows then I would definitely recommend this book to you.

This series of kiddie books are bright, colorful and pretty sturdy with the thick pages meant to withstand torture at the hands of little ones. The art looks good. Super simple "story" that is a breeze to help a child get interested in reading.
