In Heart, Ed Bremson erases Darkness from Joseph Conrad's Heart of Darkness. With a series of 56 tanka and other short form poems, he takes a dark, shocking, gloomy book and makes it shine with light, humor, and love. PLEASE NOTE: The paperback version of Heart is a book of erasure poems. I did not want to do an ebook of blackout poems, but they had trouble converting my file, and it did not resemble the paperback version, so for the ebook I had to resort to blackout poems. In reviewing the ebook, though, I think it looks pretty good. Check it out, Look Inside. I hope you agree.
