Enemies within, enemies without. Love gone wrong, love yet tested and love waiting to be discovered. Nothing spurs the desire for revenge more than betrayal, except maybe a perceived threat to family.
Follow along as the hunters face yet another series of challenges. Some large, some small, but all focused on the same goal…the final destruction of the Monster Squad. Just another day at the office for this clandestine group.

This picks up well from Blood apocalypse, but also provides an easy opening for new readers as the main points of history are covered succinctly.
The action is good throughout, with an interesting plot building up through multiple characters and scenarios, and I really enjoyed it coming to a head.

I'm really looking forward to the next installment.

Terrific series

This writer is a fantastic storyteller and a detailed, well organized writer! Chefs kiss! I didn't like Apollo's spiral here,it really seemed too much a change from a loyal squad member, but when it came to Maria, he'd already shown himself a little paranoid. Love can mess up the best of us. Still, this entire series has been so much fun with action, horror, romance, great characters, and wonderful environments. I'm going to devour the other books like Damien eating vampire hearts!

This best one yet

Full of non stop action and deceit. Supernatural monsters that go bump in the night. This series just keeps getting better with this 5th book. Great story.

That was a great Monster Squad story. It started off about 6 months after the big battle but you did not fell like you missed anything. Heath does a awesome job explain everything and wants going on .With how book 4 ended i had a idea of how book 5 might go, But there is so much in MS5 that i did not see coming a lot of twist and turns and OMG cliffhangers yes you love to hate those darn cliffhangers. Im so ready for book 6
