Excellent Read

It is my earnest desire to be a great servant-leader. This reading served as an excellent supplement to the ultimate guide on leadership-- The Bible. The author helped me deal with elements that I am struggling with, strengthen concepts I am already knowledgeable of, and introduce me to nuggets that I had never considered. This book is truly a gem for anyone who seeks to improve their effectiveness as a leader.

Learned a ton

Thank you Bill for this book. Christlike leadership is something I have always wanted to model. The content in this book has empowered me to continue pursuing this model. I believe I have been a great manager but was lacking a few things. I highly recommend this book to anyone who wants to be a servant leader.
