Charlotte and Noah reconnect

I wish Charlotte had asked better questions like who would want to kill people close to him, frame him, that kind of stuff... she really sounded like a jealous girlfriend and if she wanted to believe him she was definitely asking the wrong questions. Also I wish they had a date for next book coming out because not knowing is really annoying. Like I said in other reviews I wish this was one book instead of many short ones

When I read the blurb to this book I was intrigued and yeah it happened again I did not notice the page number – and please all fellow readers do me a favor – CHECK THE PAGENUMBERS – if you have the chance before you purchase a book.
I did not do that and imagine my surprise this is not a book – no if you ask me it is not even a novella or a short story – if I am being nice I might say it’s a chapter of a book.

What bugs me the most is that the plot is interesting – but could I recommend it ? Well I would have to give you a very separated opinion which makes it very hard to give a rating.
If you have kindle unlimited I would say GO for it – because it is good BUT the author keeps squeezing the last out of it and the more the “chapters” (so far its at NO 24) continue the more it feels like she is dragging it out- so I am not sure where we are going.

BUT if you are a normal reader buying book by book – I will say something I never said before …. Even though this book is good – STAY AWAY FROM buying it – sorry – but so far 24 “books” in – you would have paid more than 80 $ for around 1200 pages that would equal around 4 normal books … meaning you paid more than 20$ for one ebook …. And when was the last time you did that ? To support my opinion I opened the main kindle books page on amazon and searched randomly for the most expensive eBook there it was “The silent Corner” by Dean Koontz for 17$ and it has 466 pages (while I was calculating with 300) and I would never buy that kindle book because the hardcover of that book listed right beside it was CHEAPER than the eBook which is also something I can never understand as printing a physical book – with all side costs - should make a book more expensive than an electronical file. But that is an ongoing story for another time. But lets face the facts a random ebook of average page count costs less than 10 $ and in most cases even less than 5$.

The story is good yes but it is not THAT good that I could encourage a purchase with this pricing structure. Especially with no end in sight this feels like one of those collection / construction sets you can buy where you receive parts each week for a few bucks and you think “its not that much” but once you finish the collection (and you have no idea when that might be) you realize that you paid like 500$ for something that you needed to put together on your own while others bought the finished product for less than half …But naturally at first that “half” sounded like a lot and it seemed so much cheaper to spend only those tiny amounts ….

Even with as good as that story is I refuse to support this new system of chapter books that seems to be getting more and more popular by only reviewing this book based on its story. Everything about a book matters and the price is a big part of a book. So without “kindle unlimited” I can not recommend this book.

So the plot thickens I am still not sure who is the murder I am loving the drama. Even though everything seems to be pointing to Noah as the murder I am still not sure... this will have you on the edge of your seat. Noah opens up a little more in this one. However, he is still a mystery.

Wow! I am in love with this series! What He Desires is Book Five in the amazing new What He Wants Series by Hannah Ford. This series totally rocked my world! Each successive release becomes more interesting, exhilarating and suspenseful. The story is exciting, thrilling, compelling, powerful, mysterious, suspenseful, enticing, addictive, romantic, arousing, sensual and steamy. The dialogue is smart, well written, intelligent and flows effortlessly. The characters are fascinating, captivating, engaging, intriguing and sexy as sin. Law student Charlotte Holloway may only be 21 but she has worked tirelessly to gain favor with her law professor and now she finally has the long awaited opportunity to prove her worth. She has been assigned to work with him on a very high profile murder case. The client is a none other than Noah Cutler, a very powerful and sought after attorney himself. But at her first meeting with the new client, she realizes that Noah is her mysterious one time hookup from the bar the previous night. Huh? What the heck? And as women connected to Noah continue to turn up dead, Charlotte is drawn deeper and deeper into his life and his world of BDSM. And it seems that Noah Cutler has plans for Charlotte. But what are his motives and what plans does have in store for the lovely Charlotte? Will Charlotte become another victim? Oh my! Sexy dominant attorney-check! Beautiful submissive law student-check! Danger, murder, mystery, betrayal, intrigue and suspense-check! Romance and steamy sex-yeah baby! One hell of a great ride! I can hardly wait to read Part Six. Fabulous entertainment and an awesome read!

And, the trainwreck continue~!

The relationship is so messy in this. Charlotte's dumb. Noah's an asshole masquerading as a desirable man. But, hey, maybe that just means they deserve each other.

I'm just here to see if Noah's really a crazy axe murderer because that would be the best plot twist, but it's probably not going to happen, and he's going to be innocent, and then this will just be generic and not fun. Alas.

Great series, but.......

I like these books.....but what is up with them being so short???? Just put all of the books in two or three larger books, why 7 or 8 or how ever many there are.
This is the first series I've read by this author, she's done a great job & hopefully I can find more books similar to this series.

Getting tired of these little one chapter 30 min "books"

I guess this is the new age of reading. 99 cents per chapter. They are mediocre at best and drag out for 10 so-called books. I just want a good old fashioned curl up and escape kind of book. I'm done. I am not paying for any more. Forget it.

Breaking down the walls!

Well even though the evidence seems to be pointing at Noah, I agree with Charlotte, I don't think he did it. This episode was more dramatic than the past ones. Some secrets are harder to deal with than others. The cliffhanger at the end of this part was kind of expected, but very interesting at the same time.

I loved this series....am still loving this series. Could not even update or review before reading the next one. I sometimes read like 3 of these books a day!

Some of it was a bit rough for my taste and I can not believe that people have that much sex but each to his own in my opinion!

The storyline was very interesting! Book 17 needs to come like in now!

I really enjoy the fact that Charlotte is getting Noah to open up to her but the back and forth on whether or not she trusts him is getting a little tiresome. Everytime she convinces herself she trusts him 2 seconds later something changes her mind. I really don't like that Josh character either what a tool.

I love this series so much. Noah is HOT and very intriguing, I want to know all about him and who is framing him. Charlotte, as a would be lawyer is not trusting her instincts, she trusts him one minute then not the next, she's coming across as quite immature at times.

Trust doesn't come easy

Trust doesn't come easy to Noah, and it's one of the most important things to him. He want Charlotte to trust him, but he's not willing to let down those walls, yet.

This relationship is like a train wreck.

She argues with him about him not telling her anything BUT THEY'VE ONLY KNOWN EACH OTHER FOR 48 HOURS!!!

The BDSM elements here are kinda creepy, and not as fulfilling as I'd like.

Saga continues with Noah and Charlotte, plot thickens and great scenes. Noah and Charlotte need to trust each other to open up! Love the drama, which makes me laugh and the suspense. Is Noah a murder?

Wow, I love this series, and what a cliffhanger—the suspense continues! Hannah did it again with this book in making you want more and you cannot wait to read the next book to find out what happened. I cannot wait to read the next book.

When I read books like this I'm glad I'm not on a schedule. I can read all I want late night/early morning. This is how you feel with this series. It has come down to can Charlotte really trust Noah ? Can she be what he needs and what she wants ? Love the hot Sex !

books are too short

I am enjoying this series but refuse to continue until I know it is complete. I hate cliffhangers and having to wait for the next episode. Call me impatient.

Love the story it's just too short and I hate cliffhanger. How did the cops know where he was to come and arrest him, I am puzzled on that.

Chapter

It's like reading a book just a chapter at a time and although it is written well, the breaks do become aggravating.
