A fun story, but with lots of problems, although once you accept that a fifty year old ex-Marine can end up in a sixteen year old girls body, then the numerous inconsistencies in the story don’t seem to matter as much. However the author really did “Over egg the pudding” with the ‘mud run’ and the Tibetan Monk, on top of everything else. I have one other problem with this author, this is potential the start of a new series, but in the past I have started half-a-dozen series from this author, some dating back over a decade and none of them have been satisfactorily concluded.
Really enjoy the idea of the book love the idea of transmigation normally I read books about game lit or lit RPG but this was a nice change of face. This book reminds me of a TV series where the guy is transported different bodies with missions welcome to follow the series.
Please, please read this book. It is wonderful. It is well written with fabulous characters and a complex story that gripped all the way through. Wow what an ending!
