I am reviewing this anthology as I am reading it, book by book.

You and I by Isobelle Cate
5 stars
I really enjoyed this story. Serenity is running away from her past. Matt is an undercover agent on a mission. And then they meet. Oh this is such a wonderful story, so thoughtful, can't help but feel for Serenity. And she deserved happily ever after. Fabulous.

Genie's Treasure by Jami Brumfield
4 stars
This is a new writer for me. Completely different story that I have ever read before. And I enjoyed it. Josh and Josie are antiques hunters and they are trying to find a key to a genie lamp. Unknowingly Josh wakes up Amani who was cursed 500 years ago. While looking for the key tragedy strucks.
Great short story, fast paced. Totally enjoyable.

Double Booked by CJ Anaya

Hmm I liked this story, it was very imaginative and witty. Love the conversations between Analise and Miguel, very clever. But it finished so abruptly I was very disapointed. I want to know how the story continues.

Constructing Love by Natalie Alder

Lovely short story, but I don't know. It left me a bit confused. Danielle and David meet by an accident. He is a construction worker, she is an artist. He is jealous and possessive and she loves him. She hurts his feelings but he forgives her. The end.

Forever your girl by Scarlett Jade
5 stars
Absolutely amazing story about forever love. I was quite emotional right throughout. Could not put it down.

Acts of Contrition by Katherine Rhodes

This was such a lovely story. Maybe a little bit predictable but I still enjoyed reading it.

What if by Gracie Wilson

not suee about this one. Did not enjoy it as much as the other stories. Very predictable. Sorry

Make me yours by JamieLynn Boothe

This story started very good. It kept my attention, I wanted to know what happens next. But once Julia revealed what she is to Curtis it went a bit down hill. I liked their passion for each other, you can feel their love. It was nice to read about Julia and her past but I felt the story was a bit flat. Ends on a cliffhanger.

Red Roses, Black Orchids by Ginger Ring
4,5 stars
Lovely story. I love the connection between Cassie and Niko and thank goodmess he was there for her when she needed him. A little bit of suspense made this book even more exciting.

Grace's Arbor by Eryn Black

Oh this story very much surprised me. I had no idea where it was going or how it would end, very well written. I love Hope and Chuck's story, it is heartbreaking and emitional.

Be my love song by Sable Hunter

What a fabulous story to end this anthology. Finally Madeline finds her hero who comes and saves her. West is a local architect who meets Madeline because of a mess up. And what a funny episode it was. A bit of suspence too. But great great story.

Cute sweet story

A funny story set in Galveston Texas. Only Sable could write about characters who keep on getting themselves buried deep in holes because of white lies made to their families and keep us laughing and rooting for a couple that the readers known are a match made in heaven. Also love Sables historical references in the book.
