In Glow, the thrilling conclusion of The Shine On Trilogy, Lucy, Lukas, and Charlie must fight for what they believe in— as soon as they figure out what that is.
Waging war against The Light would be easy if they knew which side they were on. But nothing is easy when it comes to finding your true self and holding on to the people you love in a post-apocalyptic world.
The final book in a series always makes me sad. I hate to see stories end. I always want to know more.
Book 3 follows Lucy and Lukas as they take on the Light. They want to restore it back to the original ways and learn what being a Rainbow Child means. But what IS the Light?
The only thing that bugged me about Glow and knocked my 5 down to a 4 was how often the love triangle changed. It was making me crazy: Charlie and Lucy; Lucy and Lukas or Lucy by herself?! I’m happy the way it ended. I’d love to see how the group fares a few months down the line.
A great ending to this trilogy. The books kept me engaged throughout and I enjoyed how everything came together in the end. Sometimes the last book in a series can be a let down, but this one was not.
