Jimmy Jinks loves to help people in his town by fixing broken sewing machines, old umbrellas, or dull lawn mowers. He’s the Fixit Man! When he decides to travel and help even more folks, he finds many more people in need of his services. He’s still traveling, so maybe you'll meet him someday!
This is a short and sweet story about Jimmy. He has a song in his heart and he knows how to fix anything. He also uses a horse and buggy, so it's set in the past. People like Jimmy as he makes their lives move smoother.
The illustrations are fantastic. I appreciate the color of Irma Wilde. She has come up with another wonderful little story.
I really liked how upbeat and positive this book is. The art was so pretty to look at, and my child couldn't get enough. It just felt like it ended rather abruptly. I wish it was longer! :)
