It didn't have much in that I didn't already know about creativity, but it helped me to realise that I naturally do most of the things recommended in the book to create in lots of different ways. To be fair, I was only skim reading from about a third of the way in, but that was because I couldn't see anything that was drawing me in from the headings, but I didn't want to miss something useful.
