A brain-implant device, iNTEGRATE's newest technology, is voluntarily received by seventeen-year-old Layton, ostensibly to overcome his muteness. With an IQ of 175, the young genius teams up with a pair of older youths who hack into iNTEGRATE's central computers and discover what the company intends for its "customers." Using the implant device, they sabotage those plans by setting in motion a raging storm against the company's headquarters. The three race against time as security personnel embark on a desperate hunt for them. But, Layton has plans to thwart his partners' malevolent designs, too.
