It’s hard to figure out how it is that a plot so meticulously planned and beautifully executed could go so far off track! She’d researched everything carefully, planned it down to the smallest detail. All she had to do on her ‘skiing vacation’ at the lodge was make herself available, collect ‘donations’ and voile! Baby! A task easier plotted than done, she discovered.
I found this to be a very enjoyable story for the most part. The setting is wonderful, the characters are very well-written and developed, and the plot is full of interesting twists and turns and some really great love scenes. There is a bit too much internal dialogue, especially in the case of Natasha. The Wolfen culture does not appear to be similar to other works of this kind, and one of the most appealing aspects of this genre is that wolves mate for life. It is also kind of annoying that three specimens such as these are continually rejected by their own females and pack, and that they submit to the rejection for so long. Their reaction to this seems to be a bit whiney and not true to their characters. This aside, the book is very readable and enjoyable.
Could not finish the book. It hopped around and I did not understand who did what and why the hero and heroine did what was in the book.
I would be reading something then suddenly it jumped to somewhere else without a break with no showing it was going there. It was very frustrating and finally gave up.
When I read the blurb and excerpt it sound like a book with a good storyline. I was looking forward to reading it so I was disappointed that it did not live up to the tease.
I hope that this author will be able to write a good book but I will not read anything else from her.

I wish the author would have delved more into each man's personality. The book was good but I usually like this author's work more. It was good for a short story.
