The Socorro UFO Close Encounter
The place is the small town of Socorro, New Mexico in Southwestern United States and the year is 1964. A local law enforcement officer engaged in a routine evening patrol pursues a speeding motorist into an isolated desert area outside town. To his surprise, he comes upon a strange craft just in time to see it blast off into space. He is completely bewildered and so are members of law enforcement, military and federal officials.
