Very good. Enjoyed reading about her later years and her legacy in more detail than other biographies even though there were countless spelling and grammar mistakes, which could have been avoided, that sometimes hindered the flow of the story. Recommend.

This is one of, if not the best, biography on Marilyn that I have had the pleasure to read. I can tell it was meticulously researched and, while authentic, has a sympathetic tone to the life Monroe lived.

Kinda backwards, I'm reviewing the second volume in the series before the first, but my thoughts are basically the same.

Beautifully well done and well worth the time, money and energy for a dedicated Monroe enthusiast.
