I'd rather have a heart attack than re-read this book. This particular cure is remarkably boring.

This book covers a lot of different topics (exercise, nutrition, and gives a lot of ideas and suggestions for heart health. I found it interesting and useful. There is also a great deal of medical jargon explained, which is also useful if you, a family member, or friend get a diagnoses.

Overall, this is a very fuzzy, feel-good book. However, the diet this book recommends does not reverse heart disease. I highly recommend How to Prevent and Reverse Heart Disease by Dr. Esselstyn, and The End of Heart Disease by Dr. Fuhrman.
