Having successfully completed his hot-spring training, all that remains for Kiyoshi to do is await the arrival of the demonic invasion known as the “Black Parade.” But even with his newly empowered abilities and a whole host of powerful allies, will Kiyoshi be able to match up against the most dangerous demons he’s ever faced?
Kiyoshi is put through a rigorous training by his mentor, Sakaki, and emerges more powerful than ever. Just in time for the black parade. For all that it’s supposed to be Kyoshi’s show, as he’s vowed to protect everyone, it concentrates on other exorcists handling their part. And Jack Joe and Nehan emerge as exorcists too. Jack Joe finally learns what kind of demon he used to be. The volume ends before the battle does, just as the focus turns to Kiyoshi. I’ll have to wait until the next volume to learn how the battle ends.
I received a free copy from Edelweiss in exchange for an honest review.
